An excellent property which Niccolò manages exceptionally well. A very nice outlook from its rooftop patio.

It’s a bit of a hike to the main touristy parts of Florence. But I enjoyed the walk.

We booked this at the last minute when we realised our train arrived into Florence at 18.17 and check in finishes in many places at 17.00. I couldn’t get in touch with other property to find out what to do so cancelled and rebooked here and I’m SO glad I did. Here you will find a very responsive host, called Niccolo. He is SO friendly and helpful. it was so good to be able to communicate before trip and be reassured we could get in! He is also at the property at various times of day, and you can have breakfast here, although we didn’t. We had 3 nights in Florence and this was a great place to stay. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the main train station Firenze SMN but there’s also a tram line right nearby Belafiore, although we didn’t need that. There are small supermarkets at the train station and a bakery and cafe opposite at the social hub although I didn’t try that. We had a double room, nice size, plenty of room, fantastic roof terrace right off the room. Room also has aircon. Comfy bed. There’s a mini bar with reasonably priced Prosecco, beer, water, cola. There’s also a coffee machine in Reception that you can use any time of day which is lovely. The property is well maintained and I would highly recommend staying here :)

Leaving

Helpful and cheerful staff. Clean room with sufficient space for storage of luggage. Self-service tea and coffee was provided round the clock free of charge.

it's far from anything, the room has a very strange smell, definitely it's overpriced for what you get.
