Muito limpa e espaçosa. Dentro do quarto tinha alguns mimos como água, café e chá. Gostei de todo cuidado que tiveram conosco. Deixaram fazer o check in bem mais cedo, foi ótimo. Além disso responderam com agilidade pelo WhatsApp apesar da recepção estar de férias.

A gente procurou por pratos para comer e não encontramos. No entanto, não muda o fato de que foi um excelente estadia. Obrigada!

Location is near from Florence train station, easy to find by owner's guidance, easy to reach owner by WhatsApp, if you had a question. Complimentary service was really nice, acceptable price for wines in the room. Balcony was also good to drink coffee/wine and see the surroundings.

Location, cleanliness

WiFi connection practically did not work. The data rate in the best (if connection was established) never exceeded several hundreds bps. This is very inconvenient especially for business traveller nowadays.

This was close to where I was supposed to work during the week of my stay. They replaced the coffee capsules every day, but there was no free water.

This is not a hotel. This is a set of rooms connected through a corridor in a residential building. And, most astonishing, this is not said anywhere. I discovered it when I received information on how to enter via e-mail. Of course, I went through and succeeded in entering via several codes at the locker in the front gate, the main door, and the keys locker, but this was completely new and not written anywhere in booking.com information in the class of dormitories. There was no breakfast because this is not "a hotel" in the ordinary sense. I barely have any interaction with the housekeeper because I have to go back to the room by midday. Otherwise, there are no people involved in the process. Only email, WhatsApp, etc. My point: this is not a hotel. This is a new class of dormitories, and this should be clearly warned, like hotels vs hostels vs this.
