Me encanto el espacio. Habitacion amplia con todo lo necesario y baño hermoso. El lugar tiene una parada de tranvia bien en frente y te deja en el centro solo en minutos, y a poca distancia de la estacion central de trenes. La host muy amable respondiendo siempre a mis mensajes, y me dejo dejar las valijas durante todo el dia que estuvimos visitando la ciudad debido a que nuestro tren era a la noche. Gracias, volvere!

La struttura è pulita, tranquilla, comoda se si arriva alla stazione di santa maria novella.
Era la seconda volta che soggiornavo in questo hotel, mi sono sempre trovata bene.
L'hotel fornisce dispenser acqua nella zona colazioni, macchina per caffè, cappuccino e tisane.
È leggermente fuori dal centro ma se non vi pesa camminare in 20 minuti si arriva tranquillamente al duomo, altrimenti c'è il tram direttamente sotto l'hotel per avvicinarsi al centro.
Ha una grande terrazza con divanetti e tavolini dalla quale si vede il duomo, dove ci si può rilassare.
Rifanno il letto e cambiano gli asciugamani ogni giorno, c'è l'asciugacapelli e delle belle coperte pesanti nella stagione più fredda.
Per errore mio ho prenotato l'unica camera con bagno esterno, provvisto di chiavi e ad uso solo ed esclusivamente nostro. Problema quasi inesistente dato che la porta del bagno è letteralmente accanto alla porta della camera e che è tutto chiuso a chiave quindi è privato.

Location is so good and room was clean, room view was fabuluos, and the host was very kind and helpful. Room is near to train station so there was a lot of train noise time to time but noise not effect my sleep so i dont mind. Thanks for everything

Tinha café a vontade é de boa qualidade!
Fica ao lado de uma estação de trem que faz um barulho horrível quase q a noite toda! Tem central de ar mas o controle não fica disponível para ser usada! Tem uma senhora tb que cuida da limpeza do hall de entrada do prédio que é extremamente ignorante.
