The staff were very kind and accommodating! The place was clean and tidy, we liked the extra pillows in the closet! The location was perfect, quick walk to the tram and the public transport was easy to figure out.
Small minus would be the detachable shower head, which we struggled to keep from slipping down as the bathroom became steamy.

Would like to see bananas more fresh fruit. Think all owner's in building should invest in better lighting in lobby & each floor entry AND fresh paint everywhere. Found inside bldg.to be drab, uninviting,!

Clean, very comfortable bed & pillows. Very pleasant staff. Loved their system for keys (with codes for locks embroidered on the key strap!). Location is terrific - easy tram to train station or airport. But also easy walk from city center. We trammed in and walked home. Also generous breakfast. Very good value and pleasant people.
