    This property feels better suited to solo travelers, as it does not offer the service you would expect from a traditional hotel. For the price, the rooms and bathrooms are very small, and support is limited. Reception never answered our calls, and when we requested an extra blanket, they were unable to provide one. It felt as though anything beyond the basic amenities supplied was unavailable, leaving us largely on our own. The location, however, is excellent, with easy access to the tram and city center. Overall, a convenient location, but the room size and level of service did not justify the price for us.
