Great hotel if your 20 years old very buzzy hotel lots of young couples mainly pool area very busy people allocating beds early with towels and tend to leave them on all day not for families or older generation in my opinion

Property is totally value for money. Quite young and energetic staff.
Close to main train station and there is a tram station right in front of the hotel.
Had couple of issues though.
1. Aircon wasn’t working properly. It got too hot in the night. I don’t know it was just our room because hotel lobby was properly air conditioned.
We did make a complain. Staff attended it immediately but couldn’t fix it . They offered to change our room but as our luggage was open and stuff was everywhere in the room, we decided to stay.
2. Little issues with the shower drainage. At high pressure settings water actually started coming out of the shower cubicle.

Good n nice but too far away from train station , need to take a tram two stop away . Anyway please don’t book through w Agoda had bad experience with Agoda for my other booking , given a wrong hotel n cheaper apartment without facilities. Will not book through with Agoda
