Very clean and spacious. Nice towels and simple but filling breakfast. Even packed simple breakfast for me when I had to leave earlier
I had to ring the bell several times for the door to be opened even though I informed them what time I was arriving. We were not allowed to wait in the dining area. Only allowed to leave our bags. Quite a long walk from the Florence train station.
