Walkable distance from centre of Florence. The selection of teas and access to cold/ sparking water was great!
The check-in being latest 6 pm. I had to get earlier train from my previous destination and just added a bit of stress.

The location is very good. There is a tram stop close to the B&B. The breakfast is continental type, it is good and at reasonable price. The staff is kind and helpful and easily available.
The heating was switched off although the outside temperature was exceptionally low in May.

The staff was kind and welcoming throughout the stay. The room was fairly spacious and overall clean, although there were a few maintenance issues. Breakfast was decent with a reasonable selection, and the hotel was generally quiet and pleasant.
The bed was made of two single beds pushed together, which was quite uncomfortable since it was easy to end up in the gap between them during the night. The air conditioning unit also appeared poorly maintained, with visible mold stains underneath it, which was disappointing.
