Very nice place in Florence. It is a 2-room apartment with a real kitchen and lounge area. We had the upstairs room, which unfortunately did not have AC in it, but it was ok. Closing the windows during the day preserved enough freshness. It was clean, comfortable, with a private bathroom. The check-in instructions were very clear. The location is a bit far from the center, but it is only a 20-25min walk so it was good for us! And there are buses available if need be. Overall, a very nice place to stay in Florence

Beautiful room. Big and modern. Full fitted wardrobes, fridge, electric shutters for the windows and good balcony. Staff really friendly and check in and out was so simple.
They did try getting me to pay twice for my tourist tax and you have to find somewhere to dispose your rubbish but other than that I couldn’t fault the place.

Quiet calm place after you find it.
Could have some mold removed in the shower and fix the curtain. Not much but would be 5 stars
