A brilliant spot for a traveller to spend the night

A brilliant spot for a traveller to spend the night, being so close to the railway station. The cleanliness was absolutely spot on, the comfort was good, and communication with the manager was quick and efficient.

These are dormitory-style apartments, with a shared shower and toilet between two rooms. That's not a criticism or disappointment by any means, it's simply a fact. I needed a place to stay near the station, and that's exactly what I got.

I would suggest to try to make the toilets look more modern/fancy, in order to match the quality that the rooms have.

If you are looking for a quick stay with no expectations of amenities and wifi, this is the place.

The communication with the host was amazing. Friendly and welcoming to early arrival.

Room is very basic. Location is quite a walk from the central area and there is no air conditioning. Bed was comfortable but quite small.

Superb

Great location.

We had to call while in front of building to get access to room. No one answer for quite a while. When we were able to enter, staff provide us with code to wrong room. When we open room, noticed that someone was staying there. Was finally able to get correct info. Communication with staff was via phone/text/email. They made me feel that it was my fault to access wrong room. All rooms has specific key code to enter. If it wasn’t for above, would had rate higher.

Disappointing

This place was very disappointing.1.The room was not for 2 people its for 1,the bed is person and a half!!! 2.Nowhere was mentioned that bathroom is shared.3 All the walls was covered with dead mosquitos and we bought electric pills for mosquitos prevention.4.For 5 days staying nobody came to clean anything,the sheets and the pillows was also dirty.

close to the main train station

shared bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, the sounds echoed around the whole apartment so could hear people staying in other rooms so it was noisy at times, bed was comfy but otherwise the room was very basic, complicated check in process and the lock on the room door very temperamental

We had detailed information about the check in and the hostess was very friendly and kind! Good location near the train station.

We booked two double rooms. One of them was fine but the other one too small. Very small double bed with uncomfortable pillows.You could hear all the sounds from the sharing bathroom and from the outside. Really noisy.

Location is perfect. 10 minute approximately walk to the main train station. Staff is very helpful.

The rooms do not keep sound out at all. You can hear all your neighbours clearly. Pillows was really flat due to being used lots so could do with being renewed. The main thing we didn't like is the key code lock. It is not easy at all to lock the door at all and confusing. Bed is a little bit on the small side for 2 people to sleep in

En las fotos parece un lugar acogedor, pero la realidad es otra, no es lo que parece en absoluto.

Toda la habitación está sucia, manchas de sangre en las paredes, sabanas y muebles sucios, mal olor, el baño totalmente descuidado. Y nos querían cobrar nuevamente las tasas de alojamiento, cuando éstas ya estaban pagadas. Y no hablemos de lo incómoda que era la cama, que además no tenía sábana bajera y se hundía y las almohadas también.

-No gasten su dinero. -Les dolerá la espalda por los colchones que hacen un pozo - las almohadas son bolas literal - no hay ventilación - toalla pequeña para 2 personas - no shampoo - te brindan los datos hasta el final - van a querer cobrarte más si no no te dan la clave

Funktional und zentrumsnah.

Die Lage ist gut, der Support beim Check-in auch. Man ist in weniger als 15 Minuten im Zentrum zu Fuss.

Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr gemütlich. Es steht ein riesiger, leerer Kasten drin, ein Bett, ein Tisch mit einem Sessel ein Nachtkästchen und Steinboden. Direkt davor fährt die Straßenbahn, damit ist es rund um die Uhr laut. Das Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer erfüllt seinen Zweck. Für den Preis und Florenz ist es wohl in Ordnung, mehr aber auch nicht.
