Good location, out of the hustle and bustle of the city but close to trains and trams. Host was lovely and friendly. Safe sand secure.
Room by reception was noisy. Could hear everyone coming and going throughout the night- particularly weekend.

It was a spacious apartment with a beautiful balcony, complete with table & seating. The large shower was incredible with 4 separate shower heads to choose from.
There's was a dinette with sink/ faucet & refrigerator. Unfortunately, the washing machine was inoperable. I certainly felt safe due to the 3 keyed doors I needed to open before reaching my rooms. Above all, there is an elevator!
There was no outside traffic but neighbors coming & going were noisy in part because of the doors & and need to lock the door even after inside the apartment. Also they're was no available breakfast, deport the title of the facility. There is s small eatery across the street from the B&B.

The host was very attentive. He reached out to me immediately after booking to all my time of arrival. He was present when I arrived and gave me a helpful tour of the facilities and my space. He was very easy to work with.
My only complaint is that I feel it is a little overpriced for the room. I was looking for a two night stay upon arriving in Italy before setting off on a backpacking trip. I was looking for comfort and convenience relative to the train station. It was all that, but just a little more expensive than I wanted to pay. Maybe that’s just a function of metropolitan city prices.

Just location
Had to ring the staff in the middle of the night as next door neighbours were arguing loud. Then they asking to give them 10 for review, must be joking, especially when I said and showed how dusty behind tv. It’s overpriced for 1 person €120 for a single box which they call a room
