Great location, convenient to the train station. We did not interact in person with the staff, but they were attentive when messaged and the room was cleaned perfectly each day. Great value for your money and location.

The location was good, close to the tram stop to the airport, 10 minutes walk from the train station and around 15 minutes walk from the centre. There’s a couple of cafes and small shops for water and snacks right outside. Access details were simple and they supplied coffee and water in the room.
The duvet on the bed was a winter duvet so it was too hot at night and there is air conditioning but I would prefer a lighter bed cover. Our room was onto a busy road so you definitely need earplugs (which they do supply), especially when the tram is running. There seemed to be nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom or anywhere near a mirror, a shelf in the bathroom above the sink would have been handy.

everything was awesome, the room and the bathroom was clean, it was in a great location (3 min walk from nearest tram), and loved the coffee machine.

Excellent location, free coffee available in the morning was very convenient.
There was a bit of mold in the room. The room was facing a main road so if you are sensitive to noise, I would not recommend it. No staff was present at the property so we could not talk to anyone when we needed something. The price was too high for the size of the room and the facilities.
