Recommended for heavy sleepers

Only a 10 minute walk to the station and not far from there to the main attractions, this air bnb style accommodation seemed ideal. The bed and particularly the pillows were comfortable and the room large enough for 2 open suitcases. Ample power points, and a clean bathroom, though there was a slight whiff of something unpleasant.

As others have noted, our room was right outside the tram (and train) line, which didn't seem to let up all night with noise and rumbling. Having not slept well here for 3 consecutive nights, I would only recommend this place if you're a heavy sleeper. Otherwise you'll find yourself very fatigued, which isn't great on a trip that requires a lot of energy and walking.

The location is perfect outside the city center in a quiet neighborhood but very close to main train station and just 10-15min to the center. The room had its all essentials, it was clean. Communication with host was easy, on time and reliable. '

A nice stay in Firenze

Didn’t love how the bathroom was outside of our room and in the common area. It was only for us to use but having to lock all the doors multiple times especially when going pee at night was a little inconvenient

Very convenient and good location

Great spacious room with everything you need. Easy self-check-in and friendly staff. Great selection of complimentary coffee and tea. Neighbourhood is quiet and very close to the center / public transportation. Great value for money!

Rooms are next to each other, so you might hear noises when people walk in/out. You have to pay additional City tax of €6 and it can only be a cash payment.

Good location for the station

Our room was a good size and comfortable, we liked the availability of a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the hallway. The location is great for the station, and around 15-20 minutes from the centre. They let us store our bags after checkout and the lady who did the cleaning was helpful.

Our room had the bathroom separate (just for our use) which was ok but sometimes a little inconvenient. The bed was a little uncomfortable

Spacious and clean room; very good beds; near to the main station; near to a tramstop to go into town. I appreciated very much that there were bottles of water in the room.

The shutters were broken and there were no curtains. There was not a lot of place to put your clothes and suitcases.

It was OK but couldn't get enough sleep because of the mattress.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Mattresses were extremely bad. You can feel every spring. Couldn't fall asleep for hours and back hurt in the morning. Theres only one hairblower for everyone on the table at the reception. No fridge at the room, only at the common area. AC didn't work - the air was terribly stuffy. Not enough places and shelves to put clothes. The location is close to train station but in a dirty and not-so-nice neighborhood. But the mattresses were the absolute worst. The room should cost maybe 60-70 per night based just on the mattress alone.

The staff was not polite or helpful. Our checkin was at 11 but the rooms were not ready till 2. Bed was i comfortable. and Location is a bit dingy. Property pics are misleading.

As good as the money

I would say the place speaks exactly of the amount of money they charged us, thus not so great. The staff were very responsive and friendly. All utilities are at hand.

The room was very dim, considering the only artificial lighting are stand lights. They AC heating was not functioning, but we were lucky it wasn't very cold and they already had blankets perepared for us.

Really liked the location, down the road from the train station, easy walk to most of the tourist attractions. Host was lovely.

Was a bit loud as the tram line was right outside, a bit difficult to find upon arrival, there was no one to check us in we had to call the lady from upstairs, there was no obvious way to communicate to her when we got there. Would have liked a kettle but microwave worked just fine.

Bed was comfortable and the room was big, check in and check out were very convenient, the B&B is close to the train station.

The entry wasn't well illuminated, and the lightings in the room was not sufficient, it just had 3 lamps but no proper lightbulb.

Location. There were many options of trams and buses nearby. It helped that other guests on the floor were all quiet. There is a nice and simple cafe right next door.

Our room was located right above a restaurant and people there got loud after 11 every night. It was a puzzle because we rarely saw customers in the place during the day or evening. It's understandable that the room wasn't cleaned during our 3-night stay but we could've used more coffee pods. We got 2 total for the two of us.

No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, no tea facilities outside either. Extractor fan is quite loud in the bathroom. No accessible mirror in the bedroom

Pleasant

Rooom was clean and had a small balcony.

I asked the property if we can leave our luggage there. The answer was yes you can from 10 am. When we got there they told us they dont have any storage room. The was one hell of situation for us as we had a car with us that we had to return on the other site of town! Therefore we had to take our luggages with us. And take public transport all the way back :(((.
