Was greated at the door upon arrival by the friendly staff member who was accommodating to my needs which was very appreciated, beautiful room, spacious and clean, comfortable bed, amenities within walking distance, would have happily extended my stay if I didn't have a flight to catch, would definitely recommend, would happily stay again if am to visit in the future. The website in English didn’t show shared bathroom and I found it out on the checking in. Consequently, I’m not happy with the shared bathroom and the staff on the third floor wasn’t so friendly. Also room has no ventilation making me si uncomfortable.

The area was sort of "industrial." I found one very nice restaurant, the Fish Garden, but otherwise sort of a business district. That made the B&B affordable. The B&B did NOT offer breakfast, which was important to me. WHY do they call themselves a B&B? Also the staff person would only communicate with me using WhatsAPP. Experienced travelers know that, but I was a newbie, so the manager could not communicate with me at all. There was no staff there when I arrived, when I awoke in the mornings, or when I returned in the afternoons and evenings. The bathroom was not particularly clean. The bed was comfortable., the AC worked.

I really enjoyed how easy it was staying at this property. Didn’t have any problems for check in or check out. The property also had many safety precautions. Would stay here again. I would recommend staying here when it’s cold or chilly though so you can open the window and keep the temperature inside comfortable.

If you book a single room you will not have a private bathroom. To get to the shared bathroom I had to walk through the breakfast area, around the corner and down the hall. The whole place is a bit run down, but everything was clean. It's in a convenient location, close to the train station and walkable to the tourist areas.

When booking, it was unfortunately not quite clear that this room in particular was a room with shared bathroom. The room very small, which did not necessarily bother me. When I pointed out that I was surprised about the shared bathroom, I was only told that I had booked this. I would have been happy if I had been offered a room with my own bathroom. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Also Expedia has, according to the corresponding employee, tried to reach someone from the accommodation to share there someone my wish, all without success. The shared bathroom was very small. When I took a shower on the first day, I noticed that one of the two shower partitions, which must have been made of glass, was very wobbly. This was probably the reason why the said shower partition was missing on the second day. It must have been broken by one of the next people who showered there, because I stepped on a glass panel in the shower. This happened the same way on the following days. Each time I stepped in a small shard. Thank God without that I hurt myself. This does not speak for the fact that there was cleaned accordingly. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION. My husband and I booked this hotel due to having a large amount of luggage and this is about 4-5 blocks from train station on flat ground. The B&B was clean and felt safe in the location. HOWEVER, we were in a room in the lobby (there are two rooms connected to the lobby) and we were woken every day from people checking in and out. Although this is not the B&B's fault, there are Paper thin walls in those two rooms. Also there is no A.C. We opened the window at night for a few hours the first night and were eaten alive by mosquito's worse than ever before (and we're from Hawaii). I even had multiple bites on my ears and was woken multiple times a night from them buzzing around my ears. We had a shared bathroom with another room which was clean. We were also charged a 15Euro fee from needing a late check in due to a train mishap, which i did not see on the website only a 10 euro fee for early check in. I would not stay here again due to mosquitos and lack of sleep from no noise barrier but if i couldn't afford anything else it is a decent option. There is a cafe on the corner. ten-15 minute walk to Duomo. 5-10 min walk to train and bus station.

We had to go back to the train station to drop the bags (wasting 2 hours in total). All in all, I had a bad experience here and the staff was not hospitable.

The B&B is in a residential area less than 10 mins walk from the station so it's quite convenient to get to. The staff do not speak excellent English but they are friendly. Wifi only worked one out of the three days in our room but the wifi in the reception was fine. The room is clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay in Florence.

The guesthouse was on the third floor with a cute lift Room was clean & spacious. Staff were friendly, polite & helpful. Breakfast was basic but thats all we paid for - no complaints. Since we were arriving after hours, the key was left at the cornershop - Kehab shop who were so friendly & had the best food at affordable price. The guesthouse is a easy 10 minute walk to the main rail station. Best to take a taxi if you have luggage on your arrival but download a map to give to taxi driver. There is a tram one block back. We like it so much we booked another night
