Nico was a great host. Room was spotless and very quiet. Easy walking distance to everything you could want to see and do. Highly recommend.

Our room was very nice and clean. The location is very walkable to most of the highlights in Florence. It is an easy walk to/from the SMN train station, and the tram from the airport. The owner was there every morning to make coffee and give sightseeing advice. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.
