Florence is beautiful

First off and the most important part is that the owner is exceptionally accommodating and helpful. He personally saw to it that we had everything we required and made us very comfortable. The location is excellent, and the property itself is very modern, spacious, and bright.

Perfect cleaning conditions, the follow up and visiting guide with tips, several options in the breakfast! The best part was it felt a bit like home.

Maltese in Florence

Excellent experience. Gianluca, the host, treated us in the best way possible. Upon arrival he provided us with a map and gave us a tour with all the itineraries to organize our holiday. He even suggested a couple of day trips. Breakfast was excellent especially the fresh pastries he provided. What we enjoyed particularly were the morning chats with him where we spoke about everything...very friendly. The room was very clean and spacious...value for money considering you are basically 20 mins away from the centre of Florence. Keep it up Gianluca 👍

Modest but very comfortable B&B with a good location and great host.

Modest but very comfortable B&B. Nothing fancy here but everything fits together to provide a safe, quiet and comfortable stay. The B&B is within walking distance of the train station, the Belfiore tram stop from the airport and pretty much anywhere else you would want to go to see Florence's sights. The bed was comfortable, except for the pillows which are rather hard. Breakfast was superb - let Gianluca know the day before what croissants etc you want (delicious selection from a local bakery) and then add eggs or whatever you may want the next morning. Gianluca is the perfect host - genial, helpful, kind and and patient. Recommended as a great place to stay.

The apartment was as extected and convenient for the town and site seeing by foot. The breakfast was made to our requirements and was excellent. Very good start to the day.

The room was as expected twin beds, but the decor was dated and there was noise outside of our room at night when we were wanting to sleep.

Amazing and Unforgettable!

There was everything to like about our stay. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was the same. Location was amazing to take the train, bus, or tram around or outside the city. It was also a 5 minute walk from the drop out point of the airport train. The best part though is the host. He was kind, a great listener, helped us find amazing restaurants that were unforgettable and made the experience a million times better than we thought. We are coming back to Florence to get married in September and are booking again because how great the experience was!

Our stay was comfortable.

The host was wonderful. He was available to answer any questions we had, was attentive to our needs ( for instance, a TV issue), gave us insights on restaurants and sites, and provided a lovely breakfast.

We were a bit more of a distance from the center of Florence than we expected, which we made work for us. For those who have difficulty walking long distances this may be a problem.

Great value for money

The B&B was very clean and comfortable with good sized rooms and private bathroom. The owner was friendly and helpful with suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. We also really enjoyed having a lovely assortment of fresh pastries and cappuccino each morning on the terrace.

The Terrazza Belfiore is a nice place to stay, very clean, and Giancarlo was very hospitable and gave us indications. Also the breakfast was very tasty, the croissant with pistachio and also the one with chocolate were delicious. I will definitely return when I will go again to Florence.

Breakfast. Newly renovated. Good location.

A little bit difficult to find the place. Owner has prepared a video on how to reach the place. So watch it before coming. The sound proof between rooms are not so good. I can hear the talks from the next room, but I can't hear the noise from the road.

My favorite stay!

The host Gianluca was the nicest person ever! He was very communicative, made sure I had everything I needed, booked my wine tour for me, and made sure I was well fed every morning for breakfast. This was one, if not the best service I experience during my Italy trip. The room was also everything I needed and very comfortable for a solo traveler like myself who likes her privacy. All very clean and the location was perfect because it was away from all the hustle and bustle of the main city.

Excellent stay with welcoming host

I loved how clean, comfortable and spacious it was. Gianluca was extremely helpful and welcoming. my room had the best aircon of my stay in Florence, a big modern bathroom and fridge with water and treats in the room also. nice little touches to make any stay better. I also loved the breakfast in the morning.

The stay was great. The hospitality of the owner was really appreciated and my family was really comfortable during our stay at this property. The room was comfortable for 4 persons. The location is great, just 5 min walk from the closest tram station or ~10-15 min walk to the Centrale station.

This accommodation was ideal for our short stay and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

The breakfast was set on an exterior patio area which was ideal. We agreed a suitable serving with Gianluca, who provided this every morning at 0815. Everything was fresh and very tasteful. The accommodation was modern, secure and a short walk to the city centre. Florence is a beautiful place and a must to visit.

Room was very clean. Owner very helpful. He Whats Appd a simple video of a person leaving Florence Station & walking to B & B Terrazza Belfiore. Can't go wrong, Owner gave us useful information of how to see Florence & which places were likely to interest us more. Breakfast on the terrace , Owner also helped us with some complicated train bookings. All in all a wonderful stay
