Staff were very friendly and helpful. Marissa was very pleasant. Very modern and clean space. Great location, very close to the train station. Bed was comfy and air conditioning was good! Overall a fantastic stay! Would stay here again in a heartbeat if/when we are in town.

The place was very clean and it was very easy to find from the train station and tram. Also an easy walk to the heart of Florence. Marisa was extremely courteous and was very helpful.

Good location to where you wanna go to see the sites, a bit of a challenge to get into the property. No fresh towels and was a bit noisy..
