The hotel is brand new and you can park directly underneath it. The staff is always happy to help and knows what they are doing. Everything is well thought out to maximise the experience and offer a good balance between leisure and business.

In my humble opinion, the hotel should not welcome children under 15 as they do not match the overall sleek and refined vibe. Especially when you're lounging around the pool,, the constant shouting and overall noise made it impossible to relax.

Such an amazing hotel, absolutely massive pool, large, clean rooms with AC, friendly staff. Lots of food options and well connected to the main part of the city by either a 15 min walk or 5 mins tram which is right outside the hotel. Brilliant vibe and music by the bar and pool music absolutely on point. We enjoyed our stay so much even when it was 39 degrees C for the whole time we were there. Being outside the main city centre was really good as well as there were some good restaurants nearby which weren't overly touristy so the food there was great but you didnt pay a fortune.

The only negative I can even think to say is that the bar and restaurant downstairs are a little pricey, and so this can bump up the costs. But the street food and cafe were better.

The hotel was incredible - it was a mix of fabulous hotel and cool vibey boutique. The facilities are amazing (restaurant, on site bakery - loads of places to sit and eat or chill - the gym is out of this world, by far the best hotel gym I've ever experienced). The staff were absolutely lovely - couldn't do enough for you. I'd recommend 100%

Nothing to do with the hotel, florence is a compact city ideal for walking around - my partner is partially disabled with limited mobility and to reach the museums and stuff you want to see we had to use ubers which ended up being expensive. Florence is not for those with mobility issues!

Puntos positivos en cuanto a nuestra experiencia: La azotea: Un espacio espectacular muy bien aprovechado, con una piscina de borde infinito de uso exclusivo para huéspedes y un gran ambiente nocturno con food trucks. El aparcamiento: Aunque no lo gestiona el hotel directamente, tiene un precio muy competitivo de 10 € al día. El concepto abierto: El diseño diáfano del hall que integra el bar-restaurante y la zona de co-working resulta interesante y dinámico.

Servicio de limpieza muy deficiente: Al quedarnos 8 días, nos clasificaron como "larga estancia", lo que significó que solo nos limpiaron la habitación, cambiaron toallas y repusieron papel higiénico un solo día en toda la semana. Para el precio que se paga, este servicio debería ser diario. Logística de los ascensores: Para subir desde el parking a la habitación estás obligado a pasar por el hall y cambiar de ascensor (hay 2 para el trayecto parking-hall/azotea y 3 para las habitaciones). Para colmo, durante nuestra estancia uno de los tres ascensores principales estuvo averiado, lo que ralentizaba mucho los desplazamientos. Descanso afectado por ruido y luz: La música de la azotea resuena en el patio interior hasta las 00:00 h. Además, una estructura decorativa con luces LED azules ilumina el patio toda la noche y las cortinas de la habitación dejan pasar la luz por los laterales, si eres una persona de sueño ligero, la verdad esto es una pega importante. Detalles "modernos" pero incómodos: La recepción en una isla central hace que el personal parezca clientes con sus portátiles en lugar de trabajadores del hotel. La decoración de hormigón visto (techos con tuberías al aire y encofrado en el techo de la habitación) se siente inacabada y fría. Las habitaciones son justas y el armario carece de puertas o laterales. Desayuno: El buffet libre tiene un precio desorbitado (entre 20 y 24 € por persona). El hotel parece estar muy enfocado a estudiantes o un perfil de público que prioriza la estética industrial sobre el confort. Si buscas los servicios y la comodidad de un viaje de descanso tradicional, es posible que este concepto te resulte algo incómodo y "cutre" en ciertos aspectos.
