Relais Tiffany

After the challenging experience at our previous stay in Venice, arriving here felt like entering an entirely different environment. Franco was exceptionally professional—warm, genuinely kind, highly attentive, and an outstanding host. Every member of the team welcomed us with sincere smiles and exemplary hospitality. The thoughtful gesture of providing complimentary coffee, water, and snacks upon arrival immediately made us feel at ease and helped relieve the stress and fatigue we had been carrying. Their gracious welcome restored our confidence in hospitality and transformed what had been a very difficult day into a truly positive beginning. This is exactly the standard of care guests hope for, and we are sincerely grateful for such a memorable experience.

Franco was particularly enthusiastic as a host. He took his time to explain the city and its attractions. This is extremely helpful when you have a short stay and want to experience the city as much as possible.

The property owner is very helpful, very nice

The bedroom and bathroom were really nice. The place where the breakfast was supposed to happen was great as well. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the train station and very easy to get to the main touristic area.

It looked as an abandoned place, really. We saw someone from the staff only the day we arrived. One of the towels was dirty and we didn't have anyone to talk to. Unfortunately, no breakfast at Tiffany's (besides some dry cookies and a coffee machine). This was weird, as this is a self-named bed AND breakfast. The air conditioning was working, but not strong enough to hold a heat wave. Overral, a very passable place if our expectations were lower.
