We had a great stay here at Florence. This is a great option to stay in a more traditional Italian building but also well maintained.

Amazing service and staff. Clean rooms and great location

The place was nice and conveniently located near the train terminal, person at the desk was very informative, we didn’t have bfast there because we were leaving very early. The only thing I would like to pointed is that the garbage can had garbage from previous people and I dropped something and when under the bed and I noticed that it was dirty like never cleaned under, other wise I will give 5 starts.

Excellent value and feels like a true hidden gem in Florence. It’s clean, updated, and very well managed, with a lot more charm and personality than a standard hotel. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, with good storage space, a small fridge, a desk, and a nicely renovated bathroom. Beds were comfortable, and despite being on a tram line, it was very quiet at night — we slept well and never heard other guests. The host and staff were friendly, relaxed, and very accommodating. Communication was quick and clear, including helpful instructions for after-hours check-in when we arrived late, and luggage storage on our departure day was easy. Breakfast looked inviting with a good coffee machine, pastries, breads, and spreads, but we often woke up around 10 a.m., just after breakfast service ended. The location is very convenient: about a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station in a safe area. The tram stops right outside (two stops if you don’t feel like walking) and goes directly to the airport in around 20 minutes, with a bus stop right outside as well. A great choice for couples or families looking for comfort, character, and easy transport connections in Florence.
