Mercuryhouse - Adults Only

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Absolutely perfect, cannot recommend enough! This has easily been our best accommodation experience throughout our whole trip in Italy. The host is incredibly thoughtful, attentive and welcoming, truly the most amazing host we have ever met. The property itself is absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated, it really feels like staying inside a little museum. Every single detail has been carefully prepared for guests. We were so touched to receive sweet little welcome gifts upon arrival, such a lovely and heart‑warming surprise. What impressed us most were the well‑made guidebooks the host prepared for us. One booklet introduces Florence in detail, including local food, shopping spots and casual street‑side restaurants with genuine insider tips. There is also another separate manual explaining everything about the apartment itself, how to use every facility and handy house rules. It saved us so much time planning our trip. Everything was spotlessly clean, facilities are complete and convenient. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, all our questions about check‑in, luggage storage and check‑out were answered patiently. We really enjoyed our stay here and created wonderful memories. If you are travelling to Florence, do not hesitate to book this place! Should the host ever visit Shenzhen in China, please get in touch, we would love to return the hospitality. 100% would come back again without any hesitation!

The host was wonderful and the room was very clean and great location! There was also a super helpful guide on where to go that was spectacular

Nothing it was wonderful

O quarto é super limpo, aconchegante e bem localizado! Facil acesso! Mas a estrela é o anfitrião. Ele foi super gentil, nos ajudou com dúvidas do local, além de contar histórias sobre as obras da casa e nos presentear. A casa é linda e combina com a vibe de Firenze. Recomendo DEMAIS!

Nada, tudo perfeito!

Air conditioning was fabulous
