The location was excellent, very close to the main train station and within easy walking distance of the city center.
The building’s exterior image on Google Maps is not up to date, but they now have clear signs showing how to find the entrance. It is actually very easy to locate—it is exactly where Google Maps indicates, you just need to follow the signs.
We did have an issue with the door lock, which suddenly stopped turning and we were unable to lock the door. The staff came to check it, but unfortunately they could not fix it immediately. We had to leave for a tour, so we had to leave the door unlocked. The staff member told us not to worry, and when we returned, everything was in place and the door was closed. However, the lock did have the same issue again later.
