Nice and clean

The hotel is located not far from the train station and within reasonable walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The room was simple, clean, and quiet, which made the stay comfortable overall. We would especially like to thank the men at the reception — they were very friendly and always ready to give helpful recommendations about sights and restaurants. We really appreciated their assistance.

The area near the train station and the street leading to the hotel did not feel very pleasant, especially at night.

It was a bit hard to find the property on my first day. I think the property might need a clear sign outside so people can easily find it. It would be good if the windows in the rooms had blinds or stronger curtains, it was cold during the nights.

It was very handy to the central part of city .And close distance from the train station

The shower unit was a nightmare! Extremely small and difficult to access. Strangely high climb to get into the shower recess and then dangerous to exit with soapy feet.

I really liked the location. It was very close to the main station in Florence, which makes it very convenient. The outside of the building is not very attractive, but once you go inside, the hotel is actually quite nice. It’s small, but very clean. The staff is very polite. I never had any problems. The room has air conditioning that works really well, which is perfect for the hot summer days. The room itself was great, always very clean. They changed the towels every day. You can also pay for breakfast, which is very convenient if you don’t want to go out in the morning. Overall, I thought everything was very good. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like.

All in all, it was worth the price for us for one night, but wouldn’t book again.

It was walking distance from almost everything, can’t be closer to tram station. The staff was communicative and helpful online about parking but whenever we went to their desk, no one was there and we needed to wait. There’s a small fridge in the room and well working air conditioning. The whole place smelled fantastic.

Sorry for mentioning but there were lots of long black hairs everywhere in the bathroom. I have long blond hair and I know how hard to keep everything hair free, but could have been better cleaned. Also both the shower and the sink was clogged. In the bedroom I found a grasshopper but I liquidated it through the window. Heard our roommates showering, using the toilet, closing doors/windows. Was a little loud.

Comfortable bed in a plain room

The location

Trying to find the Hote,l sign is too small. There are no signs to exit ,all day emergency exit. The room, the chairs were broken ,the bed was comfortable, the room was a square box with a bed, only good for one night , depressing.

Perfect short stay!

It was clean , good location near the station and the historic center, staff was very helpful . Although they didn’t have any kettle in room ,they let us use the facilities in the reception area.

Bathroom utilities is only enough for 1 day, so if you plan to stay longer, better get your own hand wash soap,shampoo..

The room was super nice and clean. The staff was really nice and we could leave our luggage before the check in. The position was perfect but really near to the station which is not the best place to walk by at night

Non c'era il bidet, neanche il doccino. La doccia era sopraelevata e pericolosa. Tra il muro e la doccia c'era troppo poco spazio e c'era un rumore continuo in bagno. Ho dovuto staccare il frigorifero perché ogni tanto faceva un rumore terribile e ci svegliava durante la notte. Le foto non corrispondono al vero.

Disponibilità top

La disponibilità del personale è stata eccezionale, sia nel tenerci i bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out, che ne farci valutare se fare la colazione in hotel solo dopo averla vista e alla fine abbiamo scelto di farla lì perché la scelta è ampia.

Le nostre camere erano proprio vista tram e stazione, ma con finestre chiuse e tapparelle abbassate non si sente niente. Nel caso sia estate, è presente un condizionatore in camera.

A localização é boa,bem perto da estação e linhas de ônibus na porta. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e se esforçam para nos ajudar, limpeza TB impecável. Tem um buffet de café da manhã maravilhoso!!!

Acústica dos quartos não é muito boa. Pode-se ouvir conversa e ruídos dos outros quartos, mas nada que atrapalhe muito.

No fue la mejor

El desayuno era caro para lo poco que ofrecían

Las instalaciones eran viejas. Habían bajado los pisos, por lo cual, al entrar a la habitación había que pasar una rampa descendente. Esto no sería demasiado grave, si no fuera que también bajaron el piso del baño pero NO los artefactos, por lo que el inodoro había quedado encima de una plataforma elevada, lo que lo hacía muy incómodo (quien se sentaba ahí, tenía que apoyarse en puntas de pie para llegar al piso)

Firenze bellissima, ma mai più il soggiorno in questa struttura

Personale non all'altezza, il bagno da dimenticare senza bidet, ogni volta o ti fai la doccia o lasci stare, rumori esterni durante la notte dei motori dei condizionatori, e zanzare nella camera. Sicuramente un albergo che sconsiglio, anche se la sua posizione vicino alla stazione lo rende quasi comodo, ascensore che mette paura che fa rumori non opportuni ed è anche molto vecchio, infine salutano a mezza bocca.
