We loved that this location is so close (easy 5 min walk) to the train station because we planned a day trip to Venice one day and a day trip to Pisa another. It was a 10-25 min to walk to any of the restaurants and major sites we wanted to see, which we felt was totally reasonable. The staff were great. We had an issue with the showerhead and someone came in less than an hour to replace it. We got fresh towels daily and the elevator worked well. There is a laundrymat 2 minutes walking distance away, and they offered a great wash/dry/fold service, which we needed since the B&B rules said we weren't allowed to wash clothes in the room.
We weren't told about breakfast, so we didn't get to take advantage of that. We happened to see a sign in the hall about breakfast hours on our last night, but didn't know where breakfast would be located in the building anyways, so I'm disappointed we missed out on that.

Close to the train station. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly
The signage was a little are hard see since it looks like a private residential building.

We liked everything about the place. Staff were very friendly. Location is superb and very convenient. Room was very clean. The only issue is the common area and the lift which needs renovation. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
The common area and the lift are quite old.

The personnel welcomed us very warm and assist us upon our arrival and recommendaed some places to go . Eveything worked well ac etc altough was noisy
