The place is cozy, clean, and welcoming—perfect for relaxing after walking through the beautiful streets of Florence. The room was comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting from the moment we arrived. The location is very convenient, getting around was simple and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florence! The houskeeping is a lovely girl, so friendly

We loved the experience and would definetly recommend it.

It’s a great and comfortable place to stay. Very well clean and the staff is really polite and helpful. The location is also really good, we did almost everything by foot or with bikes.

The only downside is that they don’t have elevators, but nothing that would stop us to go there again.

A pleasant stay in the city of Florence

The room was overall satisfying enough. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious. The whole room was also really clean. Finally there was great air conditioning which helped during the night for a comfortable sleep.

The bathroom was not the best experience. The shower head was not removable so it wasn’t that comfortable to shower. That was the only negative thing.

Pleasant stay, at a 15' walk away from Firenze's main central station.

Pleasant stay. A 15' walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella (central train station) and 30' walk from most of the main tourist attractions. The room was pretty spatious and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was just a bit outdated but just fine.

Would appreciate it if there was a breakfast option included in the price.

The property above was extremely noisy at 5 am in the morning which unfortunately disturbed us , also maybe signs on each door to remind people to be considerate about others ( a lot of banging doors all hours )

Lovely stay near Rome Termini

Super clean, ensuite bathroom looks relatively new, clean and modern, bed was nice and comfy, host provided fruits and water bottles which was nice. I actually moved here from another accom which was terrible, so I’m very grateful for the last minute availability. Awesome stay!

Walls are quite thin, I could hear people next door talking, and someone in the hallway talking quite loudly too. Little bit of a sketchy area, which didn’t bother me too much but might concern some people.

The location Is very central. It just takes 10-15 min walk to the central station S.Maria Novella. For me it was very handy since I hard to attend conference at palazzo degli affari. The room and the bathroom were very clean!! Complimenti! There is an air conditioner in the room which works pretty well. The bed was comfortable and clean as well. Well, it went very well! Will consider returning here

The only detail that caused me inconvenience was the shower tub, where the shower head (soffione doccia)was fixed and it is usually much comfortable to use a handheld one. But it’s not a big deal. Everything else was perfect. No problem with water temperature.

The staff was welcoming. Gino was very warm and the lady I found at the facility when I dropped my bags.

The steps to the apartment are just too steep and there is no lift. Not ideal for travellers with luggage and certainly for people with physical limitations. There wasn’t enough light in the passages. The bed is also uncomfortable. The windows have curtains that don’t close completely.

Could be cozy but scared of bed bugs

The room was nice, we had our own bathroom and a french balcony, and the location was as expected! About 20 min to the inner city so that was great

When we got there we saw a review from 5 days earlier that said they’d found bed bugs. And we saw other previus guests had written about bed bugs. So we where very paranoid. We didnt se any but we kept our bags in the bathroom and we’re gonna wash every thing when we get home. It was not clean under the bed. It had not been thouroghly cleaned for a long time.

Nice place next to the tram station.

Straightforward check-in, comfy and very easy to reach place.

There was no light in the (shared) bathroom, or at least we couldn't find any. That made things rather tricky at night.

Unfortunately it didnt look like on the picutres. Much smaller, the smell of cigarettes in our room, the bathroom wasnt clean. In my opinion not worth it for this value of money.

The location, the comfortable bed, the coffee machine available, the bottles of water provided, the shower temperature and the cleaness of the bedsheets.

The walls need a good cleaning in the bedroom (bed head especially) and in the bathroom. During our stay, we had to help two young girls as they were provided with the wrong code to enter the property. This was at 10 pm and the owner would not answer their calls. It is understandable that the business model is "self service" and hands off but you still have a responsibility to provide the right code and be available if there are issues.

Overall, the stay was OK. The hotel is located 15 min of walk from the city centre, which is reasonable distance. Close to the train station as well. The room was very small, so for one night stay it's OK but for 3 nights, like we stayed, it was kinda a problem. Yet the room was clean and there was a possibility to make tea or coffee.

It was too dark in the room, definitely not enough lights.

The location of the room is very good, a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center. In the hall there is a coffee machine that is always supplied, so you can have a good coffee completely free at any time. The staff is well-prepared, and you can easily reach the accommodation following the instructions provided.

The room is in an old building, so the noise from the other rooms can be quite loud. The bathroom is clean but not renovated. The sink, shower, and tile are quite old and in some places cracked. The TV is very small. Despite requesting a room with two separate beds, we received one with a double bed.

Not a bad room for a short stay in Florence. Cheap and good value :)

As usual in Italy, there were a lot of stairs getting up to the room. It’s no an ideal situation with large suitcases.

the walls were pretty thin, so noise made by us or the neighboring rooms was heard well.
