I loved the free coffee, the cleaning of the room every day and i liked the new bottles of water every day , the bathroom was shared but extremely clean and tidy
The shower head and the shower cabin overall is so poorly designed, no shelf is present for any toilet necessities in the shower and you cannot shower without being all wet, so no showering just the body

Very clean even if was shared bathroom, coffee maker in shared area, room had a sink and enough room for couple.
Nothing bad to say! Was a great 1 night stay in Florence. Maybe if you stay longer than 2 nights you might find it is a little far from downtown and quite small.

The location was pretty good, very close to the tram by which you can go to the centre
Unfortunately it didnt look like on the picutres. Much smaller, the smell of cigarettes in our room, the bathroom wasnt clean. In my opinion not worth it for this value of money.
