Shabby, not chic. Avoid.

The location was useful for the conference centre at the fortress, and easy walking of the city centre sights. Also, a moment’s walk to the tram, which runs directly to the airport in 20 minutes.

Shabby rather than chic, with a poorly equipped kitchen, broken and old electrical sockets. Poorly maintained furnishings with the worst beds and bedding we have encountered in years of global travel. Ignore the photos. It looks nothing like this. You will need a lot of mosquito spray and coils too (we were all bitten overnight, ventilation is poor) and bring own tea towels. Bathrooms were clean, showers hot albeit hoses broken or rusted with some black mould evident in seals. No response from agent / landlord to requests for additional electrical extensions to be able to plug in lighting for the rooms. Clearly uncared for and reviews and comments have been ignored by the agents.

Good but needs some polishing

Location is good. Close to train station which is convenient for traveling by train. Plenty of space. High ceiling. Big terrace, great for breakfasts. 3 bathrooms.

Overall our stay was good so fine to stay once more but some areas could be improved to make it perfect. Apartment wasn't very clean. Dusty floor so socks got dirty immediately. Probably they walk in shoes inside. So did the guy who came for cleaning. He did not look very qualified for this. Terrace needs cleaning. Broken pieces of glass all over it, dirt, leaves. Trash in bins present. Some of us got injured. Some matresses are pressed through, hard to sleep. All bathrooms cannot be locked from inside, uncomfortable to do your business. Power socket not working in small corner bedroom. All the lamps there are fake-no sockets to plug in.

The apartment was spacious and in a good location.

The air conditioning was barely functional and we stayed there the hottest week of the summer. We consistently lost power and spent most of the time there in the dark trying to prevent losing the AC.

Superb

Large apartment with well equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms with good showers and hot water and great sitting/reading room. Although only on first floor, accessible by lift. Great outdoor space, would be good in warmer weather

No dishwashing detergent or sponges or washing powder for washing machine. While we were advised of a late arrival fee, our train was delayed beyond our control and although we explained and sent through all appropriate correspondence, we were still charged the fee
