Dimora Bandinelli offers a lovely, comfortable, clean, quiet space within reasonable distance of all major Florence attractions. We were unable to enjoy the breakfast due to having early tours every day, and there did seem to be some judgment from the owners around this, but nothing that majorly took away from our stay. Note that tax must be paid in cash and recommend having exact change.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this B&B, Marco was amazing and we really enjoyed talking with him every morning at breakfast! Easy to find and check in, easy to get around to the heart of the city center, and every morning we had a delicious breakfast! The room was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. We both felt so comfortable during our stay and wanted to be here longer we enjoyed it so much! Highly recommend this B&B, Marco will make your stay wonderful!

Id like to thank both Marco and Christina the one of the most memorable holidays i have ever had. They were both helpful, kind and there knowledge of all things Florence was outstanding. The room was spectacular and the breakfast was both traditional delicious. One to put on your save list.

We stayed here for 5 nights and originally had requested specific dates but due to our flights being moved, we requested to move the dates and they were very accommodating. We are so grateful for the host and their hospitality. We truly felt like family and are so happy we chose to stay here. Not in the center but very easily accessible and within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was divine!! Thank you guys so much. We loved our stay and if we return to Florence, we will ensure to return. Until we meet again :).

Our stay was amazing. The room was beautiful as well as the dining area. The location was ideal being around a 20 minute walk down the river front to the main historical sites. The owners were lovely and so accommodating and friendly. I could not have asked for somewhere better.

Beautiful bed and breakfast! The room was gorgeous, and the bed and breakfast was clean and well looked after. The hosts were extremely attentive and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Lovely walk along the river into the centre of Florence. Would definitely recommend and return in future.

We thought the accomdation was very nice. The shower was awesome and best we have had in italy thus far. Is a bus from train station to take u very. Close. Or u could walk the 20 minutes depending on ur fitness level. Travelled with my son. Im.52. Hes 18 so we walked everywhere. Breakfast was very good. Overall. I would stay again for sure and hoat will answer any questions. 5 out of 5

The hotel room we had was beautiful and spacious. We used a tram to get around, which was inexpensive and quick. It was less than 10 minute walk from the hotel. Marco and Christina were very helpful and friendly.

Michael and his wife are exceptional hosts. Our room was very large and very nice. Bed was great. Very comfortable mattress and very clean overall. Very comfortable AC/heat unit. Towel warmer in bathroom and towels were very nice. Shower was narrow for me because I am 6 feet tall. Wife said it was fine. Plenty of hot water and pressure was excellent. TV is so-so for English but adequate. Hey we are in Italy! Nice restaurants near by. Breakfast was great! Europe style with Bread, cheese, meats, fried eggs, fruit, compost, juice, Eexcellent Coffee, assorted jams, and Nutella. outside noise may cause a disturbance for a light sleeper. Unless you like to walk the tram, bus, or a taxi is needed to get to sites in Florence. We are older couple and we needed the transportation to and from our destinations, except to eat in the area. We will recommend this B&B to all.

It was clean and respectable. The room quality was probably greater than two star. But the thing is, you have to deal with a family-owned enterprise. The proprietor obviously was in a bad mood when I arrived and I got the feeling that I was back in college again, some 30 years ago, with a landlord suspicious of all of his tenants. The next morning, another American couple claimed the proprietor quite literally screamed at them for arriving late. This may have been justified, but I really didn't want to be a part of it when I was on vacation. The place is also rather inconvenient, distant from the major tourist attractions and the neighborhood is decent but not great. The breakfast is nothing to brag about either. I suppose this would be suitable for a very budget-minded individual who didn't care about such things. And I don't to some extent, but I think I would have spent more for a better place. Little things keep coming back to me. Like the finicky door lock. Little things that, when you're on a vacation, become unpleasant. My experience wasn't necessarily bad, it just wasn't good.

We had the best hosts and the property was beautiful! Our hosts were welcoming and gave a wonderful overview of places to visit and where to eat at in Florence. Our room/bathroom was large, breakfast was delicious and the fresh coffees were fabulous. The roof top terrace was an added bonus! If we ever have a chance to visit Florence again, we will stay here!

There is so much to like about this place. First thing is the rooms are so charming with the fresco’s. The rooms are also shockingly large. With tall ceilings. I was not prepared for that. The terrace is so nice I wish we spent some more time in it but that was because Florence has so much to offer. Breakfast was traditional Italian which was very delicious. Fresh espresso was served every morning. The biggest praise I want to give is to the host; he was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the history of the city as well as locations to visit and eat at. My only issue was with the taxi’s getting lost just keep to the right of the round about I want to tell them. The tram is 2 blocks away and is very convenient so I recommend to use that to save some money.

We loved how it was decorated. The saved frescoes on the walls, beautiful terracotta floors, gorgeous terrace on the roof top. Owner went over a map, showing where things were in relation to the B&B. When my husband had a dental issue, he went out of his way to help us find a dentist along the tram way. Breakfast was wonderful. Can’t say enough good about our stay! We loved it!

Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Property itself is a piece of art with artist painted walls in the breakfast room and in the room we stayed, carefully preserved for (I would say) at least 150 years. Great experience and touch of history!
