Location of the flat is fantastic - very close to city centre. Instructions to the location and key collection etc was very clear. Francesco was very responsive and nothing was a trouble at all. The flat itself is very well appointed and had some beautiful furniture. Really nice. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Ideal location for a stay in Florence.
Couldn't get the shower to run hot water but I may not have been using it correctly - didn't have time to check with Francesco. Other than that - the place was perfect.

The heater did not work. The air conditioning machine turns off when you leave the keys and the room temperature is not pleasant when you enter the room. There are no towels for the bathroom. When we had problems with the air conditioning, they did not answer our calls to help us.
