Specious apartment, spotless clean and the garden was a big plus. they also gave us a second set of bath towels as we stayed for 5 nights and this was very helpful.
The apartment is on the basement so it makes it humid and you can smell the mold once you get in but if you open the door it helps the situation a lot and the smell disappears in a few minutes. For the price, the location and the apartment it self we were fine with this.

The flat is very comfortable and spacious. The location is amazing, you can walk to the city centre and the train station easily. The owner is amazing, super helpful and attentive. If I come back one day I will definitely rent this flat again.
If you need to work as I did, the WiFi is not very fast I needed to go outside to have a better connection. Because, in my case I work with a heavy platform and I always have video call meetings. But in general WiFi works well.

Good location, convenient, very friendly host, decent amenities in the kitchen.
Bed can be more comfortable. Basement apartment, so less light and little noisy since close to the street. Cleanliness can be better (smelt a little damp).

Appartamento spazioso, completo di tutti gli accessori, in una buona posizione, dotato di giardino piccolo ma curato. Arredamento carino. Oste molto preciso e puntuale.
Non mi aspettavo un seminterrato umido, soprattutto la camera da letto dove per non sentire cattivo odore bisogna accendere l’aria condizionata (ma comunque la biancheria da letto sa di umido). L’altezza del sofffitto è insufficiente, bisogna stare attenti a non urtare la testa attraversando le porte (sono alto 185cm.)
La prima doccia l’ho fatta fredda in quanto non avevo letto del problema del blocco della caldaia (sistematico e non saltuario).
