Proche d’un supermarché. La climatisation (bien que peu écologique) permet de bien dormir en été. Si vous aimez marcher il n’est pas trop loin du centre(20-30’), et en même temps proche de paysages plus naturel. L’appartement est propre et le reste si tout le monde le respecte.
Il y a quelques choses d’un peu cassé (robinet de la cuisine, tuyau de douche, lattes de lit) qui mériteraient d’être changées mais qui fonctionnent quand même. La porte du tambour du lave linge se ferme très mal. Une des serrures peut causer des problèmes alors il ne faut pas hésiter à mettre de la force et ça marche.

Розташування - близько до зупинки трамвая. Простий шлях до центру міста вздовж річки - гарні краєвиди! Зручне для ночівлі. Завжди була гаряча вода.
Ми так і не змогли включити/розблокувати плиту, але це звільнило нас від готування, отже +. Одночасно не можна включати духовку для гарячих сендвічів та чайник - вибиває світло. Але це нам швидко полагодили.

Wir suchten eine günstige Unterkunft, fussläufig vom historischen Zentrum entfernt, und genau das haben wir erhalten. Es wurde uns ein früherer Check in ermöglicht und die Wohnung war sauber.
Die Küchenausstattung sollte verbessert werden. Es gab nur einen großen Topf und es war schwierig den Herd zu bedienen ( Kindersicherung ).

they had the AC on waiting for us, there was plenty of towels and hot water. The place was spacious and the neighborhood is quiet, there is a good supermarket nearby.
the keys can ONLY be handled to you on certain specific hours. The place is somewhat distant from the city center.
