The receptionist was FANTASTIC, but when we arrived the blankets and pillows still seemed damp. The fragrance in the rooms was very over powering. Also Did notice the shower paint was chipping off and had rust everywhere. And above the window seals there is black mold growing. Which needs to be addressed.

The accommodation is conveniently located next to the railway station. Clarissa, the host, was kind, friendly and very responsive with her communications. While the room was a tad small, it was cozy and very clean.

I Sleep was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They have only limited time for check in - 2:00-4:00 pm something we didn't know in advance. I lost my camera on the train so we were delayed in getting there while we were reporting it. We arrived at 6:45 pm, only 40 minutes past the end time and were charged an additional 30 Euros for this. Even worse, we were locked out of the building and made repeated phone calls for over 40 minutes before the manager responded. Luckily a work man let us into the building and a guest into the hotel are. We are two older ladies travelling alone - the street was questionable (creepy) and we had big bags. Then when the manager came, he was mad at us for ruining his evening! Our room was so small and cramped we could hardly move and there was nowhere to put our suitcases, not even to unpack. Breakfast food was brought in at 7:30 am but no one stayed to greet guests or help. There was not enough of anything -- six plates, six eggs, etc. with eight quests in the hotel. There were rules posted everywhere, e.g. 50 Euro fine for putting your feet on the wall on the outside shared balcony. The manager took our money for three nights stay, plus late fee and city tax before we even saw the room or we would have changed hotels. We were stuck there three nights and only saw the manager one other time. Terrible experience.

Check in hours were a bit short. We were advised to tell them about our late arrival, but did not expect that an additional 30 euros was required for this service. I would have appreciated greater transparency around this late check-in policy.

Property was neat and tidy. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great with a bus stop outside the front door. There is also a coin laundry next door which was handy. The only thing I would fault is the is no common area to sit in. There is an outdoor balcony but no indoor couch area

The location is not doubt Less than 5mins walk to the Firenze S.M. Station For room, it is quite small for two of us with two luggages Once you open your luggage, there has not much room to walk Also, the wooden floor is not clean consequently It feels sticky while I was walking

Excellent - great place - so close to train station you can easily walk in 5 minutes (if you know how to fond the street!) - very spacious room compared to most - lovely sunsets from balcony - quiet - adequate breakfast - very comfortable- would definitely recommend

Our room has a nice balcony overlooking Florence. Great host! Corrado patiently showed us the places of interest and nice restaurants which we can try out. Very yummy breakfast from the cafe too!

Excellent location, within 5 min walk to Firenze S.M.N. (the main station). Corrado showed the greatest hospitality with his heartwarming greeting and detailed instruction. The balcony in our room has nice view.

This hotel was a little hard to find but close to the train station (< 5min walk) Room was generally clean but it was damp and had a slightly unpleasant odor No garbage can in the room (just a small one in the bathroom) ?! Overall a decent, clean guest house near the train station

We had arranged to arrive early and were able to check in right away. The manager was very friendly and helped us with things to do in Florence. Hotel is within walking distance of everything and is close to the train station.The room was clean and we especially liked the balcony that was with the room. Nice view. Breakfast was at a café around the corner and it was very nice.

Hoist is friendly and helpful, he explained all the necessary tourist info we need to know. Breakfast at the cafe nearby is handy but choice are limited. it's a surprise that breakfast box is prepared when the cafe is closed on Sundays ( its perfect for us as we are catching early train). Stylish duvet set, however I feel it is not the cleanest. The Main Door is so heavy and not easy to recognize, lucky that the lift is working as it is at the top floor!

I check-in at nearly 11:30pm as my flight is very late. However, Corrado is very nice to pick up at that time. The room is very clean and comfort. Although it is in the downtown, you won't feel noisy in this apartment. Also, you can have a very nice view. When I wake up, I go to the balcony and have a fresh air ~ That is wonderful ~
