The host Mateo is 10/10. Facilities are good enough for short term live.

I got mosquitos bites even though the host already had spray. I guess because of the weather season. I hope they will have washing machine but you can pay for laundry close by , wash : 7-8.5 euro, /load, dryer 2 euro/10mins which costly. Rather than it , all good and worth money.

Forza Fiorentina!

This was our first time in Firenze and we were lucky enough to find this great place to stay. Cozy, very comfortable, clean and just one bus station away from the main train station. Matteo is great host, very very professional and helpful. We'd recommend this wonderful apartment to everyone, specially if you're coming with bigger family or friends (there were 6 of us the place was more than enough).

Budget-friendly, comfortable, and close to the action!

The apartment was very good value for money. It is as described by the host and afforded comfort and privacy to each member of the group. The neighborhood was quiet but very close to restaurants, a library, and the historical areas. The host, Matteo, was communicative and helpful and quickly resolved any issue that arose (of which there was only one). Pay attention to the description, ask questions ahead of time if you are uncertain about anything, and you will not be disappointed.

The host was amazing. He provided a lot of information about the apartment and the facilities. We were constantly in touch and Matteo responded to all questions we had during our stay.

best place to stay in Florence!

it was perfect for our family of 7. confortable beds, plenty of room in the kitchen. we had sugar, salt, oil, soap, bags in the kitchen, all the basics for a very comfortable stay. Mateo was quick to answer any questions and give us information about the area. we would definitely stay here again!

The Giripaso served our needs perfectly.

It was great having correspondence with Matteo before arriving in Italy and then being met by him at the apartment. He was gracious in being kept waiting as we were later than anticipated and, during our stay, he was both responsive and extraordinarily helpful. The apartment had ideal space for three friends, including a bedroom and bathroom for each of us. Although we made little use of the kitchen, it was pleasant to have the space for morning coffee and conversation. Although not in the center of the city, the location was a doable walk to most of our activities.

The long entrance is a bit gloomy and the apartment is rather dark, but these things were not of great importance during our stay.

Bus stop is very close. Met by host and showed around. Roomy for our party of 7.

The seventh bed was a twin fold out. It was temperamental, it would collapse in the middle of the night. Very easy to fix but startling.

Great location to explore Florence.

A great welcome from Matteo! Really spacious for our family of 5. There is actually an annex of the main apartment where there was a ‘mini’ apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom. A/C worked well.

Matteo was awesome! Check in and check out was easy. We were only a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping.

It was not as clean as we hoped for. There was a strange smell in one of the bathrooms. We only had one bath towel each for 4 nights with no washer/dryer.

Clean, large enough to accommodate 6 plus people. Very easy check-in and checkout. They accommodated Alex versus like early check-in. Mateo was excellent.

Good spacious apartment, good location and great host.

Matteo was very helpful, communication was great. He was there to meet us on arrival, all very organised. Any questions we had Matteo answered and sent us extra information. The apartment was clean and spacious, each room had its own bathroom which was great as there were 7 of us staying. Location is really good, walking distance to the centre, if you don't fancy walking, there is a bus stop right opposite and a tram station a few minutes walk.

Matteo was very kind, friendly and with great willingness to help us. The house was comfortable, clean and the layout of its spaces was very convenient. Each of the three rooms had its own bathroom and this is very practical. You can walk to the historic center of the city. I highly recommend it.

Good value for money. Three large rooms each with its bathroom and two kitchens in total. Located reasonably close to every attraction. Clean with everything you may need.

Nothing relevant, maybe just two keys for three rooms, while it would be nice getting one each, to ensure autonomy of the guests.

Bonito departamento en Firenze

El departamento está a 20 minutos caminando del centro, en una planta baja. Muy bonito, con tres habitaciones, dos en una área y otra en la parte trasera que funciona como mini departamento privado. Dos cocinas, completas. Un patio en medio para tomar aire o los que fuman, en nuestro grupo alguien lo agradeció. La regadera de la recamara principal muy bien. La de los otros baños más pequeña. OJO! No es posible que se bañe más de una persona al mismo tiempo y deben dejar un tiempo para que se vuelva a calentar el agua. La comunicación con el anfitrión excelente. Todo muy limpio y muy cómodo. Lo recomendamos mucho. PS la cama extra es un sillón que se abre como cama individual pero no es cómoda sugiero mejoren eso para darles un 10.

Apartamento con 3 habitaciones (cada una con su baño independiente) y 2 cocinas, nuevo, muy limpio y todas las comodidades. Matteo muy amable, con excelentes recomendaciones para visitar, cómo desplazarse por la ciudad y sitios para comer y cenar. Excelente el apartamento, instalaciones y trato. Lo recomiendo al 100%.
