Great flat

A lovely and spacious flat, nicely furnished, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The kitchen is well supplied. Has everything you need. It’s a little walk to the town centre however, a bus runs in the street below, making it really easy.

Perfect to avoid the crowds but still close to the centre

The apartment was more spacious than in the photos. We especially loved the 2 terraces, which must be a joy when the weather is good. The fact that there is a desk in the second bedroom made it perfect for us since I was working online throughout our 3-week stay. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The host is very helpful. There is a huge Lidl and a homeware store at 3 minutes' walk, bus stops as well, which take you to the railway station in 15-20 minutes. If you want to avoid the noise and crowd of the beautiful city centre but be reasonably close to it, this is ideal. Especially if you like cooking and baking as much as we do :) We ate in most of the time because we could make everything we love eating.

Carpets would be useful in winter because the marble floor is very cold. But it is not an Italian thing, carpets, I have noticed it in hotels too. The walls and floors are on the thin side, you can hear a lot of noises from the neighbours if you like silence, which we do. I guess if you had some music on, it wouldn't be noticeable. But this does not negate the value of the apartment, hence my 10 score. We will be back.

It was a very comfortable and well-equipped flat, we could find everything we needed.

The flat was quite big so it was very comfortable for the whole family. After a long sightseeing day we could get ready for the next day. We had nice meals together, could use the washing machine and dishwasher so these made life easier. It was also important to have the car in a closed yard.

A lovely spacious airy apartment with high ceilings and balconies. Off road secure parking. Great host that gave us plenty of advice on everything from local supermarkets to bus routes. Very helpful. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again! Great for a family and a small group.

The property has two bathrooms! Its location is not far from the center and easily accessible by bus. There are also some dining options in the area. We were greeted by a friendly host but had to leave us to his assistant for an appointment. The assistant doesn't speak English, but we managed to understand what she was saying. The property is equipped with a kitchen, coffee machine (generous with capsules), washing machine and other amenities. The wifi works very well. The property has a big balcony that you can access from one of the bedrooms and the living room. It gives you a view of the sunset and the dome of the Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore (see photos).

WONDERFUL flat, excellent accommodations.

Piero was an excellent host, everything excellent service. Flat was better than pictures showed. Very nice grocery market and excellent food very close by, easy walk Best accommodations and amenities on our multi city trip. Thank you, Piero and Tatiana!

Florence taxis were challenging. Tried to use the app multiple times with limited success. If you need taxi, you can try the app, but be ready to call one of the two companies. Uber available but way more expensive.

Fantastic accomodation. Huge apartment in a great location. Clean, very comfortable . Great to have secured Parking so close to old Town. We walked into town. Our host was easy to Communicate with, was easy and prompt. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location outside the ZTL zone anx east access to centre

Great owner, very helpful and responsive. Gave us all the information we needed. Great parking behind the apartment block, which is secure and easy to access. The accommodation on the 4th floor is large and having 2 bathrooms was a real bonus. Shop underneath sells some basics. Lidl a block up had everything we needed. Bus no. 17 straight into the city centre from the road parallel and on the way back stops just outside the apartment. Otherwise, it's a 30-minute walk straight into town, no issues. Perfect location, fairly quiet and great for a family stay.

Location and size were amazing. The apartment was located within walking distance of the train station and great food located all around. Kitchen was well equipped and loved the views from the living room balcony. Host was extremely helpful in getting us all the information we needed. Would recommend!!

It was a large appartement with most things you will need for a few days in Florence!

It was hard to find the appartement. We came late due to a delayed train and couldn't find the appartement. There are three different entrances to building 81 (the right one is in the middle) and because we had just arrived to Italy we had no phone or internet. Lucky the people in the Asian grocery store helped us call the owners.

Comfortable and Friendly Accommodation

The accommodation was a bit far from downtown Florence, but it was convenient to use by bus. The owner kindly explained that we were going with the car, so we were able to find it well. It was nice to have a parking lot. The inside of the house was made of antique furniture, and it was convenient to stay.

It is a nice apartment, has some good furniture. While the apartment is old, it is maintained well, good facilities and very clean. There is a bus stop right in front, you get free car parking, super market in the ground floor, many restaurants in the vicinity - cannot be better! If you enjoy walking, you could reach the city center in about 25 mins else by bus about 10 mins. You can see the Duomo from the balcony. We as a family enjoyed and the host/Mr Piero was very helpful.

Piero was very easy to communicate with and met us at the parking site and took us to the apartment. Provided helpful information. The unit had everything we needed, including 2 bathrooms, laundry and detergent, and everything else.....Piero thought about everything.The apartment is really clean. Location is excellent...close to bus and tram stops and about 20-25 minutes walk to Duomo. Supermarkets close by,

Suburban life, out of touristic area

It's a warm, big and stylish apartment, high quality bed linens and towels. Kitchen is good size with dishwasher and washing machine. Lovely owner left lot of coffee capsules. Beautiful bedroom was in the quiet side of the apartment. Nice city views, large windows and lot of light. Some very nice antique furnishings and decorations. Big dinner table, good living area with sofas and tv with Netflix. Lovely paintings, no kitsch! Tiny pretty glassed area with table and chairs in the balcony. Suitable for two for dining almost al fresco. Good crocery Esselunga is near. and many restaurants too. 30 minutes by feet from Duomo. The only surprise was that our aim was to reserve two bathroom apartment, but the other one was locked. Bathroom was pretty but very narrow and there is not space to put two people's items for a week and no hooks to hang towels or bathrobes. But it might be ok if you stay just couple of nights. We managed a week, so it wasn't a big problem and because the price wasn't very high we didn't want to complain. It's suburban area with much traffic, but as I said, bedroom was quiet. I think it's very good value for money.

Absolute relaxation in this flat!

I fell in love with this apartment, you could dance in it, it is very spacious. The equipment is perfect, there is absolutely everything you need. Piero was very willing to explain to us, he gave us tips - for shopping, how to easily get to the city center, where you can eat well and cheap ...Thank you very much for stay here! It was relax.
