Toscana Prime Apartment

The apartment is great and it's located within a 7-8 minute walk from the train station and around 4 minutes from public transport (tram and buses). It's not central but you can get pretty much anywhere in 20 minutes and avoid being in the middle of all the craziness. It has all of the amenities: great AC - crucial for the 40 degree weather, TV in both rooms, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, toiletries, hairdryer, iron... whatever you could possibly need, it's there! And if it's not there, I'm pretty sure Alaide would find a way to help you out! Cleanliness was 10/10, the host (Alaide) was extremely helpful in allowing us to leave our bags as soon as we arrived (waaaay before check-in time) and giving good recommendations (she also has a brochure of essential things to see/do, places to eat, etc, which was very useful). Having such an amazing place to come back to at night helped counter the harshness of the heatwave. I highly recommend it!

Great location to be able to easily walk into Florence in a few minutes. Great communication from the host, which made arrival/checking in very easy. Plenty of space in the apartment, good wifi & aircon, well-equipped kitchen area and extra touches including local info & hot drink items.

Being in the city did mean that early evening, there was traffic noise, but the windows were good to shut it out.

Das Appartement ist modern und top sauber. Es ist super ausgestattet und wirkt, als ob man zu Freunden kommt : WILLKOMMEN ! Die Gastgeberin ist mega nett und antwortet sofort auf Anfragen, gibt Tipps und löst jedes noch so kleine Problem. Die Lage an einem Verkehrskreisel ist nichts für Leute mit Anspruch auf Ruhe. Die Tram hält sehr nahe und man kann auch problemlos ins Zentrum laufen. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Florenz grantiert zuerst hier anfragen. Danke sehr, Alaïde !

Moderne Einrichtung. Sauberkeit hervorragend. Altstadt in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
