Absolutely Nothing
Our stay was a terrible experience and should be avoided. The address listed was Via Ignazio Danti, 12, which was intentionally incorrect, as the building at that address looks much better than the actual one, located at Via Ignazio Danti, 14, in a much worse condition. A woman at the posted address told us this was not the first time such confusion had happened, meaning the host deliberately posted the wrong address. Although the owner or manager was polite, the room was full of bed bugs, dirt, and hair everywhere, especially under the bed and on the carpet. During the night, we couldn’t sleep because the sheets and blankets caused constant itching. The room also had a strange smell, possibly from insecticide or poor cleaning, which made the situation even worse. Overall, it was an extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable stay, and this place should not be listed until it meets basic hygiene standards. After I posted my review, the person in charge threatened me via WhatsApp, saying she was going to sue me for defamation. She also sent me a screenshot provided by Booking.com showing my name and address, which I believe is illegal, as Booking.com should not disclose clients’ personal and confidential information to property owners.

La chambre était belle !! Et c'était bien situé !!
La propreté n'était pas présente sur les lieux, manque d'hygiène pour la cuisine, la salle de bain et certaine parties de la chambre! Il devrais il y avoir certaine réparation sur des parties de la maison, porte ou il manque une vis et du coup elle ferme mal! Porte de la chambre abîmé, il y a un trous dans la porte de la chambre 3 pour aller a la terrasse ! Les meubles de la cuisine sont a 2 doigts de tomber! Les casseroles sont abîmé, il y a pas de quoi bien faire le ménage si bessoin, ex produit ménages, éponges... Débit d'eau peu élevé pour la douche!

Nous avons été surpris de découvrir que nous partagions l'appartement de trois chambres avec d'autres voyageurs. Si le partage de la salle de bain et des toilettes avait été indiqué sur l'annonce je n'aurai pas loué dans cet établissement. L'adresse indiquée ne correspond pas à l'adresse de l'appartement. Très déçu.

Çok kaba bir işleticisi var, telefonla zor ulaştık, kapıda 3 dakşkaya geliyorum diye bir saate yakın bekletti, sonra da ben arayınca sana mesaj attım, konuşma kes gibi kaba ve sert ifadelerle mesajı oku diye emirler verdi. Mesajı okuduğumda evin karşısındaki parkın demirine şifreli bir kovanın asılı olduğunu gördüm. Kıvan şifreye rapmen açılmadı. Bunu belirtmek için aradıpımda yşne azarlayarak konuştu ve sana birini gönderiyorum dedi. Bir görevli geldi açtı bizimle eve çıktı. Orada da dile hakşm olmadıklarından konuşmalarda sorun yaşadıl. Görevli Manuel iyiniyetliydi ancak teşefondaki işletmeci kadın çok kaba ve ilgisizdi. Azarlamadan konuşamıyordu, en ufak soru sorduğunuzda bookgi ara ya da kalma şekli de rest çekiyordu. Banya da duvarların sıvası dökülmüştü ve küflüydü. Eski ve pis bir küvete duş için girmedik bile. Tuvaşet ve banyolar ışıkeız ve pisti. Oda da kokuyordu, çarşaflar pisti, odalar bunaltıcı nemli ve sıcaktı. Gereksiz çöp ev gibi eski eşyalarla doldurulmuş ve kokuyordu bu eski eşyalar. Oda çok tozluydu. Sabaha kadar uyuyamadık ve erkenden kaçar gibi çıktık. Duvarlarda hep sinek öldürüldüğünden sinek ölüleri ve kan vardı. İşlericisi hiç insani değildi. Evde yan odada tadilat vardı ve toz yapıyordu. Sabah 8 de matkap sesi ile yan odada tadilata başladılar. Evin heryerinde ev sahibinin kişisel eşyaşarı vardı ve evde hareket etmek çok zordu. Banyo ve tuvaletlerde sabun be şampuan bulunmuyordu. Gğvenli bir konaklama değildi. Evin işeticisi insani ve kibar değildi, ingilizcesi de yetersizdi.
