Great location and clean apartment. Shared spaces were clean, no noise issues. Room had a private bathroom which was great. Room is clean. Close to hot spots in Florence. Easy and secure check in. Hosts easily reachable by phone.
Bed a bit uncomfy and a few mosquitos at nighttime. Someone also ate our food left in the fridge overnight.

We tried to cook something in the oven, but was shorting the circuit breaker. We had to improvise dinner. Could use some signage saying "Do not use," like the washing machine.
