Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza, ci ha perfino fatto la cortesia di anticipare il check in. L'appartamento è modesto ma ben fornito, con una buona vista, e una posizione comoda in una zona tranquilla non lontana dal centro.
Le finestre erano un po' vecchie e a momenti difficili da chiudere appieno; abbiamo inoltre avuto difficoltà a regolare l'acqua in doccia, dato che tendeva a oscillare tra l'essere fredda e troppo calda, ma sicuramente era dovuto alla nostra poca praticità con la caldaia.
