Номер красивый и полностью соответствует фотографиям. Видно, что сделан современный ремонт — чисто, просторно и уютно. В каждом номере есть кондиционер, что удобно.

На полу плитка, из-за этого в прохладное время довольно холодно — ноги мёрзнут. Окна деревянные, и из-за них слышен шум от машин, особенно рано утром.

Per un soggiorno di lavoro va bene. Per una vacanza forse bisogna un po' adattarsi

I letti sono molto comodi

le finestre non si chiudono bene. Credo che in inverno gli spifferi siano notevoli. Consiglio di sostituire le finestre anche per avere un maggiore isolamento acustico dalla strada, visto che si è al primo piano. Forse un bagno per quattro persone che si muovono contemporaneamente è un po' poco

Camerele curate,spațioase,relativ aproape de stații tramvai și bus și supermarket,aproximativ 5-10minute de mers pe jos .

Faptul că este stradal ,foarte multă gălăgie,nu te poți odihni,vecinii foarte gălăgioși,la 2noaptea făceau gălăgie maxima. La baie nu are suport pentru periuță dinți,pasta . Bucătăria nu are condimente esențiale precum zahar,ulei,etc.

Apartamento muy espacioso, bien equipado, no echamos en falta nada para pasar unos días en Florencia en familia. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias.

Zona de difícil aparcamiento, pero bien situado, cerca del centro de Florencia. Algo ruidoso, la ventanas no aíslan bien del ruido exterior.

Pulizia, spazio, posizione.

Rumorosità notturna per passaggio auto e moto dalla strada causa infissi un po’ vecchi che lasciavano passare rumore.

Mieszkanie jest położone nad barem, gdzie odbywały się głośne spotkania do późnych godzin nocnych, co utrudniało sen. W mieszkaniu nie było podstawowych środków chemicznych, jak płyn do naczyń czy kostki do zmywarki (w mieszkaniu była zmywarka, ale nikt nie zostawił nawet kilku kostek na czas naszego pobytu. Kupiłyśmy je same), zużyte gąbki do naczyń pod zlewem i brak czystych, 3 mydełka i 2 żele na 4 osoby, 2 rolki papieru na 5 dni na 4 osoby. Brak podstawowych rzeczy w kuchni, jak herbaty, kawy, co teraz jest już standardem. Tępe noże. Słabe wyposażenie kuchni. Z plusów, było czysto. Ogólnie nie polecam

Ci ritornerei volentieri

Personale veramente super gentile, abbiamo avuto un piccolo incidente di percorso e lo staff è stato efficace e velocissimo nel darci una mano nonostante fosse il 1/01. Posizione buona e nell appartamento non mancava veramente nulla.

Pulizia discreta. Sono un soggetto allergico ed in una delle due stanze era presente molta polvere e il piumone sporco di trucco. Per il resto la casa e l altra camera erano ben curate pulite e sistemate.
