Rather pretty place, although not perfect

It is a pretty apartment belonging to a set of apartments that are facing a private mini garden. The apartment's decoration is fantastic. The beds are comfortable. Although the space is small, it is cleverly organised. The area is rather quiet.

Although the apartment is nice, I was surprised to find that the mezzanine belonged to the main bedroom - the photos dp not show that. It should have at least some big curtain to block light from the top to the bottom and vice-versa, with the bonus that would give more privacy and also would block a bit of the sound. It should also have a door or a curtain between the diner room and the hall that leads to the kitchen, bathroom and the main room. The air conditioner was turned on to an unpleasantly low temperature (22ºC) when compared to the outside temperature (max ~25ºC). It was hard to figure out how to turn the temperature up to 23ºC (it was not possible to make it higher than that), to turn the fan to lower speed and to pause it. The floor should have been vacuum cleaned before our arrival. The mini-fridge is rather mini for 4 persons, and when we arrived it's door was slightly opened (!!!) and it had lots of ice in its colder area.

The apartment was big, more than enough for 3 persons.

The inside smell, that you can't get fresh air and the AC machine was automatic put on a heigher temperature. It was very hot.

Not worth the stay.

It’s nice on the inside. Thats it.

The AC doesn’t work properly. We stayed during the summer and It was very hot inside. It didn’t let us sleep. It Also smelled very humid and its very old building. The shower isn’t good, the water takes a while to drain out so your feet will be covered in water inside the shower, and It’s not a clean tub either.

La pulizia, tutto vecchio, il frigorifero abbiamo dovuto pulirlo prima di usarlo, e il bagno con molta muffa nella vasca, i materassi avevano macchie nere sotto la lenzuola

El baño le hace falta una GRAN REFORMA , la ducha es un spa antiguo con la alcachofa llena de óxido aparte del lavabo que se mueve mucho y tienes que tener cuidado de no apoyarte ya que te caerías por no contar como huele por falta de la ventilación

Florenz ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, beim Wohnen würde ich das nächstemal nicht soviel sparen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut, da man in ca., 20min im Stadtzentrum ist und war. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Preis für 5 Personen ist der Hammer.

Also da gibt es einige Punkte die zu bemängeln wären. Der Schimmel der im Hängekasten über der Abwasch ist. Der Kühlschrank war im innen Bereich auch schimmelig. Das Bad- das Waschbecken ist nicht richtig befestigt, die Halterung für den Föhn war schmutzig. Die Badewanne mit Duschfunktion, war verschmutzt die Düsen für den Wasserauslass bei der Sitzdusche waren total verdreckt sowie auch die Führung für die Duschtüren. Die Klimaanlage haben wir Gottseidank nicht gebraucht, auch da würde eine Reinigung nicht schaden, den die war auch sehr Verschmutzt. Aufgefallen ist auch der etwas unangenehme Geruch wenn man in die Wohnung gekommen ist. Naja wir haben dann eben das Fenster im hinteren Bereich aufgemacht- wo eine Reinigung auch nicht schaden würde.

Es muy bonita la casa y muy espaciosa

Es más una recomendación que una crítica: deben prestar especial atención a toma de la ducha que está llena de hongo y moho.. no sé si nadie más de los que han estado allí no se bañan o no se pero yo que soy tan especial con la limpieza , fue todo un reto ver tanto hongo y moho. El internet en la habitación es intermitente, y ahora en invierno hace mucho frío y no hay buena calefacción

Appena arrivato era tutto buio, accolti da un custode inquietante, il giardino umido in cui ci siamo bagnati tutti La camera era calda, ma mal tenuta e sporca.. Non c'era nulla x pulire, ho dovuto comprare tutto, un mini frigo in cui non potevi mettere nemmeno una bottiglia d' acqua.. La ciliegina sulla torta? Il bagno trascurtissimo, un doccia fatiscente, pensate che x loro era un iacuzzi,😡😡😡 purtroppo, mentre mi nipote si stava docciando le è caduta metà della porta in vetro addosso causandole lividi', x fortuna nn tagli, su tutto il corpo, in più non avevano nemmeno una pomata o crema in casi cm questi. Mi fermo che è meglio 🥺😡😡 da chiudere immediatamente
