- L'hôte est très réactif 👍🙂
- L'appartement est à 5 minutes à pieds du tramway (T2) qui nous depose à la station Santa Maria Novella toute proche du centre-ville. De plus il y a un hypermarché tout proche, très pratique.
- Toutes les pièces de vie sont climatisées (cuisine/salle à manger et les deux chambres).
- Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est confortable.
- La douche est grande
- La place de parking bien sécurisée est très appréciable.
- Appartement parfaitement insonorisé.
- Connexion Wi-Fi.
- Pas de lave vaisselle au contraire de ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce.
- Presque impossible d'utiliser les plaques de cuisson sans que l'électricité ne se coupe (il faut aller sur le pallier pour réenclancher le boîtier).
- Manque certains équipements de base (tire bouchon/décapsuleur notamment).
- Mobilier vieillissant, les chaises de cuisine sont à changer.

Dichtbij het centrum van Florence vanwege de tram T2. Behoorlijk grote supermarkt om de hoek.
Het was er niet schoon bij aankomst. Haren op de gronden veel stof. Het interieur is achterstallig en 1 van de 3 airco’s werk niet naar behoren. Prima, maar dan niet voor dit bedrag. En een “Wine Apartment” zonder wijn bij aankomst en zonder kurkentrekker is op zijn minst bijzonder te noemen.
Kortom: ietwat overrated (ook qua prijs) en voor dit bedrag niet de moeite waard. De foto’s zijn gunstig gekomen, en dat is misleidend.
