Disappointing

The online check in is terrible and complicated. The cleanliness of the apartment was poor. The dishes were not washed good, some plates were stuck together. Upon arrival we came to a cold apartment, all the radiators were turned off. The oven was dirty and the fuse blew out when used. My response to Property response: I would like to clarify that my review reflects our genuine experience during the stay. Regarding cleanliness, the issues mentioned were observed upon arrival, including dishes that were not properly cleaned and an oven that was visibly dirty. These are specific concerns, not generic complaints, and they affected our comfort from the beginning of the stay. With regard to reporting issues during the stay, we stayed only two nights over the New Year period and were informed that the property was operating on holiday hours. Given the short duration of the stay and the limited availability, we did not expect that the issues could be addressed in a timely manner. As for the check-in process, our comment refers to the complexity and user experience of the online system itself, which we found confusing and time-consuming. The request for identification is understood; however, the process could still be made more user-friendly. Concerning the temperature, the apartment felt cold upon arrival, with radiators turned off. Regardless of the set temperature standard, guests generally expect a comfortably warm apartment when arriving in winter, without needing to adjust the heating themselves. Finally, the oven issue occurred during normal use and resulted in a blown fuse. While we did not report it immediately, this does not change the fact that the appliance was not functioning properly. Our review was written honestly and with the intention of sharing feedback for future guests, not to misrepresent the property or its services.

Teracce. Air conditioning. Washing machine.

There is no such a thing as an entrance, where you could hang your clothes or leave outside shoes. That you can do only in bedrooms. Kichen under equipped. Group of 5 have to wash dishes by hand, by themselves. No tea, coffee, oil. And in the end you have to take out trashes by yourself - impressive how we haven’t been asked to clean apartment by ourselves. Toilet/shower. Shower moldy, hose and walls with black spots. Toilet seat disaster - not attached properly. I am pregnant, almost felt down from it at least twice. No proper hangers for towels. There been left two rolls of toilet paper (for 5 people) with a note, that if we will use it all - we will have to buy extra. Bedrooms. Bed sheets or covers are with stains (hard to say of what). Paint falling down from the walls. Rooms are furnished poorly, and super sad. In general- apartment owners been hacked in booking system at least 10 times, it already gave a bad note. Apartment by itself looks bad, sad and unwelcome. Written that they have parking space, in the check in procedure we found out, that they charge 15€ per night (even if it’s a private parking place). Travelling a lot, payed a lot (plus extra) and highely not recommending this place.

The apartment is good. The location also perfect because the transport to the city center is super fast, I never waited more than 5min!! It was cleaned ok. overall, pretty good! (You have a great restaurant nearby, one of the best in our opinion with a review of 4.8 stars). The host is amazing. Don’t look further.

I think the kitchen looks new, but the utensils are really old, we bought new ones to use there. We cleaned the AC filters, but we do that ok every stay.

Die Dusche war gut.

Kühlschrank war kaputt. Leitungs- Kanalisationsproblem im Haus, es hat fürchterlich gestunken! Kommunikation nur mit Chat und Mail-Templates, keine Hilfe bei den Problemen mit der Wohnung. Wasser drang durch die Decke ein. Auch hier keine Reaktion...

Foarte curat, totul foarte bine organizat, aproape de tramvai, 15 minute pana in centru. Potrivit pentru un city break dar si pentru o vacanta mai lunga. Multumim pentru gazduire! 🙂

Ótima opção de estadia em Florença

O apartamento era amplo, com dois quartos, uma cozinha, um banheiro, duas sacadas e uma área de serviços. A cozinha estava bem equipada com tudo que precisávamos. Os eletrodomésticos eram novos e estavam funcionando adequadamente. O quarto principal tinha uma cama bem confortável, bastante espaço, móveis ao lado da cama e um cabideiro. O outro quarto era menor, mas de tamanho satisfatório para uma pessoa. O aquecimento nos ambientes funcionava muito bem, o banheiro era bem equipado e funcional. O apartamento é muito próximo a estacionamentos privados, restaurantes, transporte público, mercado e outras conveniências.

Havia um problema no escoamento da água da área do chuveiro. Todas as vezes, ficamos com os pés abaixo da água, como se formasse um pequeno lago. A limpeza da área externa poderia estar melhor (estava voando muita sujeira, o que fez com que não abríssemos as janelas).
