Mosquitoes!

The kitchen lounge area was nice.

Mosquitoes! I ignored the warnings in the other reviews thinking I could just kill the ones in the room and close the door, but they just keep coming none stop all night long, no clue how they get in.. Barely slept both nights we stayed here. Smaller annoyances include, the guy coiming to meet us was late and we had to wait 20min in the rain. Also the door handle on the bedroom door felt like it was about to fall off and it is pretty far from all public transport.

Passable

The property is located in a good/safe neighborhood. It is convenient to travel to the town center.

The check-in process could be better, having a guy running around the town on a bicycle is not ideal. Look into self-check-in options. Fix the bedroom door, before some guess locks himself in (the door doesn't open from inside-luckily I had my family outside who could open the door). There was a water leak in the toilet that I had to fix myself (no response from the owner).

Nice but lacking in some details

the neighborhood was nice and quiet but very near to the tram that takes to the center of Florence. The apartment was nice and spacious but it wasn’t too clean.

The person with whom we had contact was not responsive at all, we had to Call and text multiple times to get his attention. we were not able to use the stove at all, had trouble with the wifi and one of the ac leaked water. and even though we texted him he did not answer. the sheets and pillows were stained and the cleaning was only ok, for example the garbage cans were dirty, the headrests were dusty, overall cleaned but some details were missing.

the agent ignored our request regarding thr stove it was broke wa called her at night and waited for her the bext day to hep us fix it but she never should up or reaches us and didn’t bother to apologise

Lovely property with little details to fix

the apartment is very comfortable, clean and modern. The staff was very nice and attentive!

There is no proper clothes line to hang. There are two but completely useless as they are damaged. Furthermore the stove is not easy to use and the frying pans do not work in the induction stove.

Pleasant

The apartment is big with 2 bedrooms and 3 closets attached to each other. There were a lot of facilities like an iron, washing machine, fridge and a working kitchen. It also had an elevator. There was a bus station 6 min walk away.

The cleanliness wasn’t the best, it felt like it needed a good scrubbing, specially the toilet. There was no coffee machine, just a coffee pot.

A wonderful place in an amazing city with amazing hosts! Fully deserve accolades.

Eleanora the host was wonderful, was at the flat to meet us, explain the facilities and rang on our last day to say goodbye and whether we needed a taxi ordered! We felt this was exceptional service, it really made the difference. We were off to the Firenze Rocks festival, so the flat could not have been better located! The flat was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the glorious city of Florence!

The only thing that could possibly be a niggle was that if the shower was on too powerfully, the water couldn't drain away and leaked over the edge of the shower tray. Not even a complaint, just an observation. It's a very good shower too - really needed with the wonderful hot weather!

Non consiglio

Sicuramente la struttura è comoda al centro perché con una ventina di minuti di autobus si arriva comodamente, ci sono parecchi parcheggi fuori dalla struttura a pagamento, la casa è spaziosa e le camere sono dotate di tutto quello che serve.

La struttura purtroppo non era pulitissima, era fredda perché la pompa di calore non era funzionante, abbiamo chiesto un rimborso ma ci sono stati rimborsati 10€ per aver passato la notte di capodanno al freddo non mi sembra un granché, la casa inoltre non tiene i KW necessari, infatti saltava spesso la corrente per esempio non potevano stare insieme pompa di calore e fornelli, idem forno e fornelli, una cosa abbastanza imbarazzante considerato il prezzo e i servizi di cui dispone la struttura, per concludere in bagno il bidet era rotto e il boiler non soddisfava le 6 persone dell’appartamento e non siamo stati avvertiti ovviamente di ciò

Bene, ma con poco si può migliorare

L' appartamento è ampio, abbastanza funzionale per un soggiorno, comodissimo al parco delle Cascine, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ma comoda ai servizi.

L' appartamento ha bisogno di maggior cura, è importante una ventola in bagno( in quanto cieco), ed alcuni lavori di manutenzione ( alcune cose erano rotte o mal funzionanti) e sarebbe meglio un po' più di stoviglie e piatti.

Spazi ampi, anche perché eravamo solo in tre. Aria condizionata dappertutto.

La pulizia non era perfetta Un po' scarse le dotazioni (pochi piatti, qualcuno rotto) Le finestre non si riescono ad oscurare bene.
