Cascine Home Holidays

- Proximité avec le centre-ville, arrêt accessible en bus à 5 min à pied du logement. - Plusieurs commerces à proximité également : des cafés, restaurants, station-service, etc. - Parking privé et tranquille. - Joli jardin propre et bien aménagé si vous voulez manger ou passer du temps en extérieur. - Logement plutôt bien équipé + climatisation indispensable en été...

- Il faudrait changer les oreillers, pas très confortables... - Nous avons eu des soucis d'accès à l'eau pendant notre séjour. Une fois, nous n'avons pas eu du tout d'eau de la soirée, autant dire que pour les douches, c'était compliqué. Les autres fois, pas d'eau chaude et un débit d'eau froide extrêmement bas. Nous avons eu un accès correct et normal à l'eau seulement 3 jours sur 8. - Il faudrait aussi mettre plus de couverts (couteaux/fourchettes/cuillères) à disposition, ça se fait si on lave directement après avoir mangé mais bon.

"Cascine Home Holidays" was not far from the city centre of Florence and you could get to all of Florence historical and cultural attractions in less than half un hour by public transport. The property itself has very nice and pleasant outside area with enough space for car park (though we didn't have car in this trip.). Inside was comfortable and equipped well with air-conditioning units for every room. Kitchen was tidy and well equipped too. There were more than enough cupboards to put our stuff and almost everything was in order. Fairly recommended for a group of three persons. We liked its easy access to the city centre and Lidle store nearby.

- When we arrived at the property in our check-in time window, we found it not ready and needed to get cleaned and refresh towels, bed sheets etc. I called the property owner/manager and fortunately they were available and sent cleaners to the property in reasonable time (1-2 hours) and they cleaned and refreshed the property in less than one hour. - We had some problems to turn on and operate cooking hubs and dishwasher and we managed to get it done by searching online. We couldn't find any printed instructions. - The instructions for recycling was too confusing and it's not the property management fault as we had the same problem across Florence public area and other parts of Italy. - Shower cabin and toilet didn't have any air fan and we left open a tiny window in shower to refresh the air.

Appartamento accogliente e molto pulito. Check in automatico molto comodo e posizione ottima per raggiungere il parco delle Cascine (a pochi minuti a piedi) e le fermate dei mezzi per raggiungere il centro città.

In bagno non c'è il bidet ma un doccino, ma non è stato un problema.

L'emplacement bien avec parking privé.

Compliqué pour connaître les codes d'accès, un intérieur pas nettoyer, serviettes souillées, lits (draps pas changés, mais un monsieur très gentil est venu régler ses soucis.
