Nice place but not comfortable enough for a long stay.

The place was clean and very well lit. The staff, Modesto and Eduardo, were very kind and helpful. In general it is a very beautiful property.

The wifi is limited. The property is quite far from the city center and secluded at night. We could not open the windows or leave the door open because of mosquitoes. There are different places where water stagnates, especially an unfinished structure right next to the back unit. Our front “view” was disheveled, with an old couch where huge bags with laundry are placed to be picked up and then dropped off. A little investment on the outside of the back unit, and in making the stay a little more comfortable inside would make a difference.

A lovely little apartment, very well presented

It was a lovely place to stay. Not super close to Florence central but once we worked out the trams it was easy to navigate

The bedroom didn’t have a curtain that blocked out daylight. So when the sun comes up it’s very light in the room.

Poor service and location.

It is a apartment with lots of space, if you want to spend more than a week there.

Very far from historic center, no taxi service to this location. We spent more than a hour trying to schedule a taxi to ride us to trsin station, to hear that they do no come to this address We had to walk with our heavy luggage for ten minutes to the tramway. Bring sugar, coffee, salt, kitchen towels, tissue paper, this property does not provide any of these essential things. Besides that, no bathroom on the second floor. Lastly there are lots of mosquitos inside property, we had to keep bedroom closed all the time.

The outside area was good, the shower was ok, Chaira was accessible.

Smoke was entering our bedroom through the adjoining door, the door that we could enter which lead to someone elses room. No cleaning items such as a dish cloth or sponge - we had a dish washer, but no dish washing tablets. Information sheets were difficult to find.

Spacious unit suitable for family stay with kitchen unit, safe/gated area, attractive property, hostess was really helpful arranging taxi for my trip to airport, location not far from tram line (10 min walk, 10-15 min from downtown tourist destinations. Local restaurants and shops without tourist prices. 10 min taxi drive to airport.

Had a problem working key and lock—hostess assisted and no longer a concern after her help. Mosquitos in area and no screens on windows. Though walk was not long to tram, it could have been an issue for some travelers.

Unexpected nice! To recommend!!

The house is in a medium busy area of Florence not far from the airport. The private, free of charge, parking is fantastic, also the little garden and privacy of the apartments. Air conditioning , roomy anf nice. Not far from the Tram Startion of T2 Novoli, directly to the Citycenter. Pasticceria not far, restaurants not far. Great park around the river just around the corner for running and walking. People commented before that it is noisy, that wasn’t our impression- and there was even a music festival close by.

Chiara seems super nice, but we haven’t even seen her once. Wd just communicated over text. Nevertheless we found everything and all was good.

The apartment was just as described in the listing, very nicely furnished . the checkin procedure was very easy and communication was good. it is really well located close by a ten station to get to the center quickly. biggest advantage was the free parking!

It was a bit loud during the night as one can hear the noise from the other apartments in the same building.

A lovely 1 bedroom apartment with good facilities and security. Our host Chiara was lovely and very easy to get in touch with. She had also prepared a brochure with useful recommendations which was thoughtful and helpful!

I will remember this place with pleasure !!!

I highly recommend this place. The property is located a short distance from the center. Very easy and quick access by tram. We were there for two weeks and we really appreciated the possibility of relaxing in the garden after the whole day.

I liked everything. I appreciate the cleanliness and nice surroundings.

It was nice place to sleep when in Florence

I really recommend this place when coming to Firenze for sightseeing! I liked self check-in and localization. Chia- our host was always available when we needed her. Bathroom was very clean and bed- big and comfortable. It was easy to get public transportation to the city center ( about 9 minutes to the tram stop T2) and close to supermarket (Lidl)

Bit noisy from the street and quite dark kitchen and living room. But I wouldn’t discourage myself from choosing same place in Firenze for another time.

Very clean and perfectly located for buses into the centre of Florence Very comfortable beds in the bedroom and 2 bathrooms which helped as I was with my two teenagers Private car park and only 45 minutes from Pisa

Delusione

Niente, una delusione

Sporcizia e polvere ovunque. Doccia arrugginita e il lavabo che perdeva. Abbiamo trovato un tappeto di formiche vive e morte. Il cancello automatico rotto (aggiustarlo no??) scendere dalla macchina per aprirlo ogni volta sotto la pioggia non è stato per niente bello. Il materasso era affossato. E poi capisco che la colazione non fosse inclusa ma far trovare anche solo una bottiglia di acqua in frigo sarebbe stata gradita. Esperienza pessima

Week end a Firenze

Posizione ottima per raggiungere Firenze a piedi ( una bella passeggiata). Servizi a portata di mano: pasticceria, supermercato,mezzi di trasporto! Appartamento confortevole,spazi adeguati,per ospitare le giuste persone in base alla prenotazione.. Silenzioso come appartamento.

Tra un soggiorno e l altro, sarebbe opportuno controllare la quantità delle stoviglie , funzione piano cottura,split riscaldamento,e vari accessori.

Siamo stati accolti col problema della carta igienica: mancava (rotolo non nuovo in 2 per due giorni!). La cosa peggiore però sono stati i lavori nella loro struttura dalle 8 del mattino! Il risveglio è stato un incubo. Sono molto rammaricato per la poca professionalita dell'host che ad ogni tentativo di contatto (messaggio o telefonata) non rispondeva.

Dobra lokalizacja. Apartament na poddaszu z dwoma pokojami, kuchnia i łazienka. Monitorowany, zamknięty parking na posesji. Dobre wifi. Kilka kroków od restauracji a kilkaset od narketu czy Lidla. Pomocna właścicielka

Patelnie w złym stanie. Na wszelki wypadek nie korzystałem z nich.

Appartamento decisamente accogliente per due persone. Si trova in un posto strategico per raggiungere facilmente il centro città. Comodissima la possibilità di parcheggiare privatamente.

Non mi aspettavo che il bagno fosse sprovvisto del bidet. Fare più attenzione alla pulizia.

Correct pour le prix, sans plus. Le tarif correct permet de compenser un peu le négatif.

L'appartement était correct par rapport au prix. Le prix aide à maintenir une note correcte, parce que si cela avait coûté plus cher, il y aurait une note plus basse. L'emplacement est correct, sans plus. Le tram est à 10 minutes à pieds, les bus et un Lidl à 5 minutes à pieds. Il y a également quelques restaurants proches du logement.

Nous avons réservé pour 3 personnes, mais le lit pour ma fille n'était pas fait, et pas de draps disponibles la première nuit, donc elle a du dormir sur une alèse et une serviette sur l'oreiller qui n'était pas propre. L'abattant des WC était cassé dès notre arrivée, il n'était pas fixé à la cuvette des WC, c'est vraiment moyen. Et il y avait des poils dans la cuvette à notre arrivée également, des tâches de sang un peu partout sur les murs et rideaux (moustiques écrasés je présume), et des moustiques écrasés sur les murs... Il y avait pas mal de moustiques dans l'appartement. La plaque de cuisson que nous n'avons pas utilisé était également sale et grasse.
