La posizione per noi era ottima essendo a Firenze per un concerto all'Arena Visarno. Inoltre è ben collegato con il tram dalla stazione. L'appartamento è molto grande e ha due piani e al secondo piano una camera matrimoniale con il bagno e un terrazzino sul tetto. Ottimo per avere la giusta riservatezza tra le due zone notte. Soggiorno e zona cucina molto ampie e ogni stanza attrezzata con aria condizionata.
Nonostante ogni stanza sia dotata di condizionatore, l'accensione contemporanea di più di due condizionatori faceva saltare la corrente. Forse è stato a causa del grandissimo caldo di quei giorni (luglio 2026) e al sovraccarico nel consumo di energia elettrica nella zona. Ad ogni modo, anche con due condizionatori si stava molto bene in casa.

Apartment: This charming two-story home had everything we could have wished for. Spacious, and beautiful. Flawless facilities, cleanliness, comfort, and value for money made it beyond our expectations. Location & Vibe Restaurants, coffee shops, were all within walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe, even during nights Staff: A huge thanks to Alessia. Although flight delays caused us to arrive very late, the staff was incredibly kind and welcomed us warmly. Alessia was attentive whenever we had questions, replying quickly to our messages with clear answers.

Beautiful property set within an authentic Italian area. Couple of minutes walk to tram stop that served both the airport and the city. Local bar / cafe on the corner. Extremely clean. Great communication at all stages
