Very nice apartment to enjoy Firenze and other nearby cities.

Very comfortable and super well equipped apartment. Located outside of city centre but very practical for us since we stayed in Florence as the hub for our tuscan trip. The hist was extremely helpful, and the apt was lovely.

The first day we arrived the apt was a bit cold. But the rest of the days the temperature was perfect!

Modern, newly refurbished, 2 bathrooms - has it all!

Modern, newly refurbished, done to very high standard, spacious 3 bedroom, living room with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms (one really big), all appliances you could need (expensive brands with American style fridge freezer), air-con in every room, own parking space in underground parking, coffee machine, large balcony, wooden floors - really nice, hard to compare to anything we have been to Italy before.

Two beds a bit squeaky, not a big deal though.

The apartment was amazing , well equipped to every last detail and super clean. The size was a plus too, with 3 rooms which were spacious .Even the smaller one had enough space for everything. A nice jest was the tea bags , coffee and sugar all left for our use. There was even shower gel and shampoo in each bathroom.The hostess Alice was very kind, letting us drop the luggage before 3 o'clock and letting us do late check-out. She gave us suggestions to different restaurants. The tram stop is a few steps away , as is a mall with different restaurants and a huge supermarket. All in all we had a memorable stay and would definitely come again.

Great option for staying outside the center of Florence

Plenty of space for 4 adults; large master bathroom. Clean, simply decorated. Hostess, Alice, is very pleasant, patient, and accommodating! Very nice having a washer and dryer; both located on the narrow balcony. Alice had coffee and tea available and two large bottles of water. Coffee machine is simple and easy to operate. Very close to light rail station to central Florence—only about 20 minutes away; very easy to navigate and ride. Secure building; safe.

Very difficult to cool the apartment; without window screens many mosquitoes entered the apartment so windows needed to be closed despite the cool evening temps. AC unit was not functioning in the master bedroom and the rest of the apartment remained warm (not comfortable). TV kept switching channels by itself; extremely annoying. Not the most comfortable mattresses; but okay for a few nights. Despite Alice providing us very detailed video and written instructions for how to park the car and enter the apartment, we found it challenging to figure out. We needed to call her and finally figured it out. Need to carry 3 keys and a remote control; but, this does provide a good sense of security. Be patient when checking in and review the videos carefully. In the kitchen/sitting area there is only on small sofa; challenging for 4 people to sit around comfortably. However, kitchen chairs are surprisingly comfortable

Przestronny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji, podziemny garaż dla auta, wygodne 2 łazienki, kameralny blok z wysokimi standardami bezpieczeństwa . 15 min tramwajem do starego miasta. Gorąco polecamy!

Nie można było włączyć klimatyzacji (nasz pobyt w końcu kwietnia). Wg właściciela, administracja budynku włącza systemy klimatyzacji od czerwca. Na szczęście wieczorami była przyjemna chłodna bryza, tak więc łatwo było wietrzeniem schłodzić temperaturę

Très bon séjour

Bon emplacement, le tram et à 1OOm pour ce rendre dans le centre. Parking privé souterrain. Appartement dans un ensemble ancien de caractère bien restauré.

Tous se passe par téléphone avec notre hôte, comme il ne parle pas le Français, il est difficile de se comprendre, heureusement que mes enfants parlent l'Anglais.
