Court yard was lovely.

Shower don’t work very well. Hose split and often no hot water.

Matteo was very welcoming on arrival. We loved the air conditioning. The court yard garden was lovely to have breakfast. Ample space for our party of six.

It was overall lovely. However the up stairs shower room was small. One bed room had low ceiling so perfect for young children. Also the bed was on a wood frame which took up space and unable to walk around. The stairs were narrow going up stairs.

Nice quiet neighborhood just outside city center, with lots of dining options and shops around. Very close to tram line, 3 stops away from central station. Full kitchen, upstairs loft with separate bathroom was great with kids, comfortable beds, AC!! Felt safe and quaint. Shared garden plus private back terrace . Parking spot available, although a bit of a walk, which we didn't mind. Meri was very easy to work with and gavelpts of information! Her and her son made check in very smooth and quick.

Our apartment did have a washing machine, although it really didn't work well. Do not plan on washing multiple loads in this. We only filled to recommended capacity and it did not even wet some of the clothes. I ended up hand washing needed items. There was a large dry rack available, which was great. Some ants in the rooms/bathroom, although not too many.
