Stylish and Comfortable Apartment, Perfect for a Family Stay

We really enjoyed this apartment in Florence. It’s beautifully furnished. Everything is new and tastefully designed. The layout is ideal for a family trip, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa. The host gave us lots of helpful recommendations, and it’s easy to reach the city center by tram. Free parking nearby was accessible and safe. There is a large supermarket just around the corner, very convenient!

We really appreciated the apartment and the easy access to the tram- very convenient.

Lovely apartment in a charming neighborhood - apartment had a washer so we were able to do some laundry. There is a commercial laundry facility around the corner as well.

Lots of keys and locks- gate, then outside door ,then inside door. The elevator did not seem to respond when called - not sure if it needed a key- but it is a lot of stairs when carrying suitcases.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen und hat uns viele Tipps zu Restaurants und Geschäften gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und ausreichend ausgestattet, sogar Kaffeekapseln sind reichlich vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe eines öffentlichen Parkhauses und der Straßenbahnhaltestelle.

Die Küchenzeile bietet zum Arbeiten zu wenig Platz und der Tisch auf dem Balkon ist für 4 Personen zu klein. (Für 2 Personen aber total hübsch gemacht). Ich habe den Vermieter darauf hingewiesen und er wollte einen größeren Tisch anschaffen. Vielleicht können die nächsten Mieter schon davon profitieren.

Cortesia e precisione da parte di Paolo (l'host), che risponde in breve tempo e fornisce anche suggerimenti per il soggiorno. Appartamento pulitissimo e con arredamento nuovissimo. Due camere da letto spaziose e ognuna con il proprio bagno. Posizione perfetta per chi parteciperà a concerti alla Visano Arena (meno di un quarto d'ora a piedi, escludendo code varie), ma comunque servita dai mezzi per andare in centro. Supermercato vicinissimo. Molto facile da raggiungere dall'autostrada

El apartamento en si, su ubicación y especialmente el trato de Paulo que nos recibió con mucha amabilidad. La comunicación: el apartamento está a 7 minutos a pie hasta la parada del tranvía. El tranvía tarda 10 minutos aprox hasta el Aeropuerto y a 20 minutos aprox al Centro de Florencia.

Agréable bien placé calme et confortable.

Avril 2025. Propre, grand, calme, deux sdb wc, place de parking gratuite à proximité. Le tramway se trouve à 5minutes à pieds et vous mène en 15 minutes au centre de Florence. À côté de la station de tramway vous avez un supermarché avec des produits locaux à bon prix.
