Fantastic host! Luigi went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and had everything we needed. He was very flexible with check in and check out, he even helped us with carrying our bags up. Very responsive, when the hair dryer didn’t work he dropped off a brand new one within an hour. The location is close to Careggi hospital which was very helpful for us. The star of our stay was Luigi.
Watch out for the mosquitoes! They come out in the middle of the night and if you don’t want to be woken up by buzzing in your ear followed by slapping your face, I suggest bringing some form of repellent. I wish I thought of this during our stay but we learned about the wall plugins afterwards which are very effective.

Es war alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alles hat so funktioniert wie es soll und der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hat uns eine gute Auskunft gegeben.
Das einzige was etwas gestört hat, war dass es keine Türen bei den Zimmern gab bis aufs Bad. Außerdem hat man oft die Sirenen von den Krankenwagen gehört, da das Krankenhaus in der Nähe ist.

Die Nähe zum Bus Nr. 20 Richtung Altstadt hat uns sehr gefallen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr grossflächig, eher loftartig. Es gibt keine Türen zur Küche und den Schlafzimmern.
Leider ist es abends/nachts ziemlich laut wegen dem Kebabladen im EG und den vielen Rettungswagen, die immer mit Sirene fahren. Ohne Türen ist es in der Wohnung schon nie ganz ruhig, zudem ist das ganze Haus recht hellhörig.
Schade ist das Dachfenster so schmutzig, dass wir den Vollmond gar nicht sehen konnten.
