Great Florence stay

We had a great stay for 2 nights in Florence. From the location there is the tram that goes into the city center, so the location is good. The parking was a bonus, very appreciated by us, we needed the parking space because we travelled by car and it was great not to be searching all the time for a spot. Great appartment with all you need, included dish washer detergent! All in all we had a great stay in a great city!

Wonderful stay in Florence! The apartment is new and modern in a peaceful area with private free parking and yet still close to public transport. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and easy.We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return!”

Spacious apartment close to Florence airport

Large spacious apartment which was close to the airport with secure covered parking. Also easy access into city centre from the tram stop a short walking distance. Elevator for ease of luggage transport was appreciated.

Numbering outside the gate/property was a little confusing and we were not given check in instructions ahead of time. However as soon as we contacted them once outside the property, they were quick to respond with check in instructions.

NATALE A FIRENZE

La posizione è perfetta per arrivare in centro: è vicino alla fermata del tram che passa ogni 5 minuti circa. L'appartamento è nuovo, ben arredato, in una zona tranquilla. Lo staff molto disponibile e gentile.

Mancano alcune cose necessarie per usare la cucina: mestoli, scolapasta, pentola piccola...

Firenze OK

Struttura nuova, famiglia 2 adulti e 2 ragazze, 2 giorni i primi di dicembre 2025. Appartamento al 2° piano con ascensore il numero 4, ingresso dal passo carraio con posto auto collegato all'appartamento. Le chiavi di casa si prendono dentro una "cassetta", codice fornito, anche per cancello, dopo aver effettuato il check in on line. Bisogna inserire i dati dei documenti comprese delle foto del viso con il documento vicino allo stesso. L'appartamento si presenta estremamente pulito, gradita la cortesia di farci trovare divano letto e letto matrimoniale già pronti, così come i riscaldamenti accesi, temperatura confortevole. L'appartamento è essenziale, mancano ad esempio le luci per leggere la sera poste sui comodini. Per quanto riguarda la distanza dal centro è colmata dalla presenza a pochi passi di un tram linea T2 che a 1,70 euro a corsa collega benissimo il centro in circa 10/15 minuti, un pò affollato nei giorni in cui siamo stati noi perché di festa. Il quartiere è spoglio con presenza di numerosi palazzi che circondano anche l'edificio in esame. Fortemente residenziale, ma noi non ci abbiamo fatto caso perché quando siamo tornati, il tempo di una cena fuori e a letto dopo un ottima doccia, certo nulla a che vedere con il centro. Si è dormito la notte molto bene edificio silenzioso e pulito. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono se avessi speso qualche euro in meno sarebbe stato gradito nel complesso. Una menzione speciale alla gestione telefonica attraverso chiamate e messaggi su wup, ogni richiesta veniva fornita una risposta adeguata, la persona che ci ha gestito a distanza, è stata professionale, gentile e ha cercato di venire sempre incontro alle nostre piccole esigenze, richieste o consigli del caso. Se dovessimo tornare a Firenze ci risentiremo.

Prezzo un poco alto, location esterna ma noi non ci abbiamo fatto caso più di tanto.

Schitterende accommodatie met privé parkeerterrein, ideaal wanneer je met de auto door Toscane reist. 2-3 minuten lopen naar de tram die je binnen 8 minuten afzet in hartje Florence.

Excelente apartamento y muy bien comunicado con el centro.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, con las camas muy cómodas y el baño estupendo. Estaba muy cerca de supermercados y al lado del tranvía para ir al centro. Disponer de aparcamiento propio super cómodo.

Por decir algo, la cocina poco equipada. Con lo justo. Aunque tampoco supuso un problema.

Сподобалось помешкання, доглянуте та комфортне як для довготривалого перебування так і на одну ніч . Чистота, якість матрацу, постільна білизна та рушники. Зручне розташування будинку, зручний заїзд у двір, прекрасна можливість паркування. Простота та легкість у заселені у апартаменті. Комунікація надзвичайно швидка та приємна з власником .

Все супер. Та я б додала не велику сушку на балконі для речей.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé, propre, proche des transports en commun, quelques produits de base fournis (pastille lave vaisselle, lessive, capsule café, produit vaisselle, shampooing et gel douche…)

Klady ubytování převyšují nad zápory.

Ubytování krásné, čisté a prostorné. 15 minut tramvají od centra Florencie, parkování v ceně. Oceňuji předání klíčů z boxu, kdy jsme nebyli vázání na čas, ale mohli odjet už v noci a vyhnout se tak dopravní špičce.

Vstupní dveře se musely zamykat, protože se jinak samovolně otevíraly. Trochu problém při předání informací, jak se dostat ke klíčům, ale i to bylo vyřešeno. Možná dáno tím, že jsme přijeli o pár hodin dříve. Co se mi ale opravdu nelíbilo, tak během online check-in povinnost vyfotit všechny doklady včetně dětí, jako by to nestačilo jen u dospělých nebo jen u hlavního "nájemce".

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem.

Die Küchenausstattung ist unzureichend. Es gibt wenig Geschirr und kaum Besteck! Ein schlecht schneidendes Messer mussten wir uns teilen. Kochen ist nicht wirklich möglich.

Brak noża kuchennego , deski do krojenia, suszarki pranie, słabe WiFi. Generalnie słabe wyposażenie kuchni. Jeden talerz na zupę na 4 osoby, trzy kubki na herbatę chociaż było 4 osoby.

Appartement très moderne, calme. propre en générale, draps et essuies propre, par contre bcp de cheveux sur les coins, j'ai du aspirer à nouveau . Pour le reste pas de commentaire négatif. Très proche du tram à max 5 min de marche qui vous dépose directement au centre de Florence en max 15 min.

Logement tout neuf qui dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Situé à 2 pas du tram qui nous amène tout proche du centre historique. Parking privé et couvert très apprécié.

Nota-se que o apartamento é muito recente e por isso conseguimos uma boa relação qualidade preço. Está bem localizado com transporte próximo para o centro. É confortável, moderno e bastante seguro. Por ser recente nota-se que algumas comodidades ainda estão em falta, como os utensílios de cozinha, mas isso pode ser melhorado. A internet não funcionou durante a estadia, apesar da resposta rápida ao nosso contacto não resolveram. O check in e check out foram rápidos, claros e simples.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito e confortevole. Check-in e check-out in totale autonomia, posto auto interno riservato.

Assenza di condimenti minimi che fa piacere trovare: olio, aceto, sale e pepe. Aggiungerei anche il sapone mani. Per il resto direi che c'è tutto il necessario.

Breve sosta a Firenze

la struttura è molto accogliente e spaziosa, la camera da letto è grande e divano letto molto comodo. È in un’ottima posizione dato che in 2 minuti a piedi si arriva ad una fermata del tram con il quale in 15 minuti si arriva a due passi dal Duomo di Firenze
