Located on the third floor with lift, it consists of a bright living room with balcony, furnished with a comfortable sofa convertible into a double bed and TV. The living room is connected with the dining area and the modern, fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two spacious and bright bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Two modern bathrooms complete the flat, one with shower and one with bath and shower, where the washing machine and dryer are located. The whole house is air-conditioned and the windows are double-glazed to ensure maximum comfort and tranquillity. The parking space is in the garden next to the building which houses the flat and is accessed by an automatic gate. Wi fi available .
