When we come back to Florence, this will be our home base.

Elegant, luxurious furnishings and decor, well-equipped kitchen and bath, plenty of space, gated parking, and gracious hosts Chiara and Luigi ! We loved staying here, and it was very conveniently located near the airport with easy access to Florence.

We found nothing we didn’t like about this lovely apartment.

Fantastic stay - cannot fault!

Fantastic stay. Luigi and Chiara were very welcoming and kind. They took us to the tram station and explained how to use it and get into town. 50m to the tram stop and 12 mins to the Centre of Florence. Super easy.

comfortable home

My family had a wonderful time here. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was also comfortable, and we slept well until morning. I'm grateful to Luigi Pio and Chiara. They were very kind and prepared welcome wine and water for us. They also introduced me to a special restaurant. I look forward to coming back.

A great find and perfect host.

The apartment is a home from home and one of those appointed by the owner with the care and attention as if it were his own home. The property is spacious and stylish with a mix of traditional and contemporary design. You have everything you need for a short or extended stay. Beds are comfortable and the aircon keeps the apartment cool in the summer months. The block of apartments is very peaceful and we heard nothing in the couple of days we stayed. The location for Florence whilst not central is excellent with a team station literally 100m from the property and the journey into the center is not long at all. And last but not least Luigi (the host) is a perfect help. He was very supportive throughout and helped us personally when it was above and beyond his obligation to do so 'grazie fratello' - I would recommend this apartment for a stay in Florene without hesitation.

Need a cozy holiday home in Florence? Look no more, this is the unit!'

We stayed 3 nights at Mr Luigi's apartment and are totally very pleased and enjoyed our stay. The unit is very clean, neat and has all the essentials. The whole house smell so nice and comfortable. It is exactly as described and as shown on the listing. If you drive, there is a free private space for you within the apartment compound and we felt safe. Just outside across the street, there is the tram station that goes directly to city centre, very convenient. Supermarket & eateries are also very nearby. Checking in & out was very easy and Mr Luigi and his daughter are all very kind & friendly. This is the far most comfortable apartment throughout our trip in our recent trip to Italy. Will definitely recommend this apartment to everyone who needs a cozy holiday home in Florence. Thumbs up!!

Ho soggiornato insieme a tre amiche nell’appartamento del signor Luigi Pio per una notte.L’accoglienza dell’host e di sua figlia è stata perfetta, molto calorosa e molto premurosa e ci hanno fornito tutti i dettagli e le istruzioni necessarie per usufruire al meglio dell’appartamento. Abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino rosso Chianti (buonissimo!) ad accoglierci, due o tre tipi diversi di macchinette da caffè con tanto di scelta tra capsule e caffè solubile a disposizione; c’erano anche the e liofilizzato per cappuccino, acqua. Il riscaldamento era acceso (ogni stanza è dotata di fan coil perfettamente funzionante. Se avevamo bisogno di più caldo) e tutto era perfettamente pronto per accoglierci. Il proprietario si è reso disponibile addirittura per qualunque necessità se avessimo avuto problemi durante il nostro soggiorno, cosa non affatto scontata. L’appartamento ha due camere matrimoniali molto grandi, perfettamente arredate pulitissime e l’arredamento è tutto nuovissimo. Nel soggiorno (grande) c’è un divano nuovissimo che può ospitare altre 2 persone. Abbiamo trovato un corredo intero di asciugamani, le ciabattine e in bagno c’erano prodotti di cortesia per varie necessità, come gli spazzolini, i rasoi per barba, sali da bagno bagnoschiuma etc etc. La cucina è molto grande e completamente attrezzata, c’è anche la lavastoviglie. È davvero perfetta per trascorrerci molti giorni anche in famiglia se si vuole cucinare. L’appartamento ha anche un posto auto di cui però noi non abbiamo usufruito, ma il telecomando ci viene dato assieme alle chiavi quando si arriva. Si trova di fronte alla fermata della tranvia, di fronte ad una pizzeria, un Burger King, una pasticceria e un negozio per acquistare del buonissimo pesce e di fianco ha una trattoria toscana, dove abbiamo cenato. Devo dire che non manca proprio niente! Si trova a 10 minuti dal centro con la tranvia, in una zona verde e residenziale.

Sono stata Da Luigi Pio per una sola notte, ma nonostante la breve permanenza ho potuto godere a pieno della squisita ospitalità del suo gestore. L'appartamento è stato curato nei minimi dettagli e reso impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista dalla pulizia alla disponibilità dei servizi che potevano essere utilizzati da chi alloggia. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati, ringrazio di cuore i gestori che ci hanno permesso di vivere questa bellissima esperienza.

Ne-a plăcut absolut totul. Luigi și Chiara sunt extraordinari, foarte ospitalieri, atenți și preocupați să le asigure clienților un nivel de confort cât mai ridicat. Apartamentul este foarte frumos decorat, absolut funcțional, paturile super confortabile, terasa este perfectă pentru cafeaua de dimineață (are vedere către un părculeț plin de verde). Apartamentul se află la 20 de minute de centru dacă folosești tramvaiul. Recomand categoric acest apartament și sper să revenim în viitorul apropiat. Grazie Chiara&Luigi

部屋は期待以上に素晴らしく、ホストもすべて完璧でした。私達は常に車で移動するので、駐車場がゆったり停められ、とてもありがたかったです。フィレンツェ中心地にも目の前のトラムで簡単に行けるので利便性もよくとてもお薦めです。オーナーとお嬢さんがお優しくきめ細やかな対応が本当に素晴らしかったです。急遽、1泊2日でチンクエテッレに行くことになり、質問すると的確にアドバイスをくれたので本当に感謝でした。また次回も利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, perfekt ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Parkplatz in einem abgesperrten Garten. Der Vermieter Luigi Pio ist sehr sympathisch. Wir geben für den Aufenthalt fünf Sterne.

Zwei viel zu kurze Tage bei einem perfekten Gastgeber

An der Unterkunft hat uns alles gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral. Die Bahnstation ist quasi direkt gegenüber und binnen 10min ist man direkt in der Stadt voller Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir waren natürlich auch sehr über den kostenlosen großen Parkplatz dankbar. Luigi und insbesondere Chiara haben sich um alles gesorgt und gekümmert. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und es wurde regelmäßig nach Feedback gefragt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank Chiara & Luigi!

Tutto perfetto!

Casa estremamente confortevole e pulita. La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città e se si arriva in macchina come noi è presente un comodo parcheggio. La tramvia ferma esattamente di fronte alla casa e in una decina di minuti si è in centro.Il signor Luigi è di una gentilezza e disponibilità insuperabili, ci ha anche lasciato il vino di benvenuto. 10 e lode!

Sehr gute Unterkunft !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt. Das Appartment ist mit allem noetigen ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Ins Zentrum von Florenz kommt man in wenigen Minuten mit der Strassenbahn, die Haltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Naehe der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und Luigi hat uns ein paar tolle Tipps fuer Restaurants und Sehenswuerdigkeiten gegeben. Sehr zu empfehlen.
