Will stay again!

Clean and value for money. Staff were friendly. It has a market for groceries and kitchen was fairly equipped.

No electric kettle in the kitchen, the bus outside the accommodation does not come frequently and it’s always packed.

The air conditioner is poorly positioned. It doesn't work in cold weather. Because it's placed in an enclosed space, it doesn't provide enough warmth to the room. I also stayed at Hu Roma Camping. There was no such problem there. They had positioned the air conditioner well.

If you don't have a better option closer to the city center, I would recommend booking this one.

Since the property is a campsite, we enjoyed the surrounding landscape. If we had more time, we would have explored the area further. The restaurant looked nice; we dined there only once, and the food was of average quality.

First and foremost, it's important to note that this property is a campsite. Travelers booking it as a base to explore the Florence city center should be aware that commuting will require the use of public transportation. Fortunately, there's a bus stop directly in front of the property, and Bus 14 runs frequently. However, it's a good idea to check in advance for any scheduled national strikes that could affect service. Another point worth mentioning is the cleaning service. From what I understood, if you're staying only a few days, the rooms are not cleaned as they might be in other accommodations. This includes no replacement of towels or toilet paper during your stay.

Compared to The New Zealand Times standard of accommodation this was no where near what we as hoteliers provide.

The laundry, bar/restaurant/supermart were excellent. The staff were very very friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was not the same as picturerd on the website. What you saw wasn’t what you got. Two very very small bedrooms you could hardly walk around the bed and had to shuffle sideways to get into your very compact bathroom. Our nozzle wasn’t connected to the bracket to the holder. There was no toaster or jug and no tea towel or dish washing liquid. Also not enough blankets for the bed. Only one very thin cover.

Very good stay in Florence’s outskirts

The facilities were amazing. We had luck of good weather and managed to find the pool opened even in october. It wasn’t heated but still it was perfect for relaxing after long walking days in Florence. The shuttle bus is also very good.

it was very very cold the whole night. The heater was not on until we checked in, which was very traumatising the whole night we were freezing.

Keep moving, don't stop

The shower pressure, but not the mold in the shower cabinet or bathroom!!

EVERYTHING!!! you are required to bring everything with you, so if you are an international traveler, you need to buy everything and leave it behind!!! Unless you have space. They give you one set of towels and if you want more you pay 3 euros, otherwise you wash it.. Make sure you ration your bathroom toilet paper, otherwise you buy it, they don't provide anymore. Did I mention the washer is 5euro and the dryer is 5more euros!!. There is mold in the bathrooms, no cleaning service at all unless you're staying for a week!!! They mention that the internet is available in the public spaces, but that was also a lie. The accommodations are so close to each other that if anyone sneezes you hear them. If you're neighbors wake up early so will you, and if they have a loud party you will be forced to stay up too. I stayed in glamps before, and this is no where close to a glamorous camp! If you're an international visitor, think again. If you're local, it's up to you if you want mold and dirty accommodations or not.

the place was ok. easy check in and out, good breakfast

Perfect low budget accommodation

The accommodation was perfect for us. It was dog friendly and clean. Shower was hot and spacious. We got a local bus into Florence centre which took 20 minutes. For us this wasn't a problem.

really old units , we stayed in a 2 bedroom unit , one of the bathroom’s window latch was broken we weren’t able to secure it. very very noisy air conditioning unit , we had to turn it off while we sleep , because of this room temperature went down really low turned room in to a freezer .

It was lovely.

the concept - it was really comfortable for a tent. The fact that you have air conditioning ( that works) during summer it’s a big plus - I ve stayed in hotels (in Italy) which did not have a working air conditioning even though it was stated. I loved the surroundings - the fact that you have a pool you can use during your stay. The restaurant was also ok. You have a supermarket which comes in pretty handy and also transportation to the city which is good given that the city center is 1h walk away.

the bed was comfortable, the bedding was nice and clean.

The location - too far from the city, city buses aren’t regular, we waited for 45 mins the last time (instead of 15 min). No tea- or coffee- maker (my fault, I didn’t notice that before). The house was not clean, especially the floor. Mold in the bathroom.

Great camping in Florence.

The camp is very nice, the staff also. Great location. There is the camp bus to Florence. There is also a shop and a restaurant. Breakfast is great. We stayed in camp in November when nights are cold. The mobile home has a heatting - that is great.

The mobile home is a bit small (for 4) and old - not all the windows are functional (some are broken).
