Great location and very comfortable spacious living area, everything worked perfectly and the host was very helpful with anything we needed, they gave a list of local restaurants, bars, clubs, and activities which I haven’t received anywhere else and this is my 4th time in Italy
Only complaint was the showers both couldn’t seem to stay at the same temperature and constantly went cold and then extremely hot.

The location of Ricasoli can't be beat. It is across the street from the Accademia and David, a couple of blocks away from the Duomo, and there are supermarkets and restaurants steps away. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, a good place to rent with a group (we had four people). Corso is a gracious host and he responded quickly to any questions we had.

Host was great and good location.
Apartment is outdated. Only 2 portable a/c units for the entire apartment. Not sufficient to cool entire apartment.
Bathroom that only shows a sink is not a full bathroom. It has a shower but no shower stall or tub or curtain.
King size bed was two single beds pushed together. So you have a seam in the middle of the king size bed.
Price was very high for an average apartment.
