Exceptional

Extremely nicely furnished apartment, with good taste, impeccable cleanliness. You have everything you need to spend a peaceful vacation. The tram station is a 3-minute walk away. Giada is a wonderful person who helps you with everything you need and wants those who cross her threshold to feel at home. If we ever return to Florence, we will definitely stay in Giada's apartment. Thanks a lot for everything!

Beautiful apartment outside of the city centre

This is a lovely apartment just outside of Florence. Giada is an amazing host, she showed us through the apartment and waited for us when our train was delayed! The apartment is fully equipped, full of light and everything you need! The tram into the city was frequent and easy, and the neighbourhood itself was one of the highlights of Florence for us! There was a lovely farmers market on Saturday - we would definitely come back!

A perfect good value stay whilst visiting Florence

immaculate, very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. The apartment was beautifully decorated and there was plenty of free on street parking. The tram was a couple of minutes walk away and it was only 15 minutes straight in to Florence by the station There was very good communication with Giada. She came to meet us and spoke very good English

Great stay!

Great location: very close to public transportation (Tram to Florence) and with a nice coffee shop basically across the road (Pasticceria Aquila) which is perfect for breakfast; the Apartment is spotless and Giada was too kind, actually a perfect host! Will be surely back when in Tuscany!

Great stay with very convenient access to Florence

We had a perfect stay! Giada was very welcoming! The apartment was big, comfortable and very clean, with AC in the bedroom and all the equipments we needed and more. It's located very close to the tram, with several restaurants around if you need to get something to eat. I can't recommend it enough!

Host gentilissima e molto disponibile, casa perfettamente curata. Posizione ottima a 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata tram per Firenze. Soggiorno eccezionale Abbiamo trovato trovato parcheggio per strada facilmente, la macchina è stata al sicuro per giorni.

3 jours à Florence mi-avril sous la pluie :(

Très bon accueil et surtout Giada nous a attendu malgré plus de 2h de retard après une galère sur l'autoroute, Tram au bout de la rue pour aller au centre de Florence 17 à 20 minutes 1,70 euro aller, pizzeria au RDC de l'immeuble pas chère et excellente, Appartement très propre, serviettes fournies, gel douche shampoing, torchon, serviettes jetables, café dosettes et condiments...bref le nécessaire pour ne pas à avoir à faire les courses le temps de notre court séjour. Très bonne wifi Parking plein air gratuit pas loin à pied

Tram toujours bondé ++ les 2 jours où nous l'avons pris malgré des horaires variés mais quel bien fou de revenir au calme après le bain de touriste en plein centre de Florence !
